Mark's POV
At the start of the three weeks, I began overseeing Nicholas, Cameron, and Lillith's progress with the first week's focus being on prepping their bodies, starting off simple with workout smaller sets. After a few days, I had them train mentally, afterwards I had them do drastically difficult workouts, suddenly forcing them to work out far beyond what a normal human being should be capable of. I had them use their energy to amplify their bodies well beyond a normal human being's training capacity would be, as well as the effects of their training. Their energy broke a considerable amount of times, and I would have them rest and meditate to further improve their control. The rest of the week I would have them learn basic martial arts and train against a hardlight clone of themselves.
The second week I had set up unbelievable goals for their workouts, telling them to meet the goal every day as hard as they can before their energy breaks. In the middle of the week I had them train specifically in their weapons, so I had both boys train in different sword techniques fitting for their desired styles, while I had Lillith practise in accuracy with her sniper rifle. While doing so, I put them in different scenarios pertaining to fighting off clones of other enforcers, each other, or hordes of withered. This would enable them to be ready for most situations.
The final week I had them focus solely on controlling their elemental energy to increase the maximum amount they can hold. This led to them enhancing their bodies even more to see just how much they can do with the amount of energy they had. This final week had shown the improvement they gained during their training, showing exponential physical growth and sharpened senses. This led to a surprising increase in confidence in the boys, they both had become more boisterous and energetic. Lillith had a much more calm reaction to the changes to herself, feeling proud while seemingly lacking confidence compared to the other two. Come the final day, they were shown to be struggling to complete their tasks but had an unusually high drive to push onward. Seeing this, I had Roxy and Caira cheer them on until they finished, after which I told them to rest. While resting, I had the girls take them into the medbay, where they then rested for an entire day before waking up again.
Nick's POV
Upon waking up, I found myself in the medbay and extremely sore. I grimaced at the memory of Mark pushing us way beyond regular human limitations. I groaned in pain while moving myself off the bed, and noticed the other two still asleep. I silently stepped out and found a nearby bathroom to fix myself up. I made my way back to the room to find both Lillith and Cameron awake, both trying to handle their sore bodies like I did just earlier. Cameron walked past me after greeting me, heading into the bathroom, and I sat back in my bed. Lilith gave me a small smile, bringing up everything she went through during training. I remembered how the only voices I heard throughout those weeks were mostly Mark's, with Caira and Roxy's cheers tearing through every so often. I brought up my side, making light jokes, then drove the conversation onto our physical changes, lightly flexing my bicep in the process. Once I looked back up at her after checking myself out, she was flushed red and looking away. She quietly agreed with me, expressing how we all went through some extreme changes. It was then Cameron walked up into the doorway and chimed in, noting how during high school he planned on working out to reach this type of body anyway and was glad he was able to do so, although he expected it to be a longer work out process than just three weeks.
Roxy's POV
Walking into the medbay, I found the trio awake and talking amongst themselves, with Cameron in the doorway turned to them. I walked up behind Cameron announcing myself, causing him to flinch toward me, garnering laughs from the others, before I started telling them they were going to do creativity training. When they heard about their training they were quite excited, as this was going to be the first step to their path on becoming enforcers.
I walked with them into an all use training room, marking it in use, and taught them the basics of elemental energy. "Your elemental energy is sort of like a spiritual force within you, your offensive and defensive tools, and it spreads equally around your body. You can move the energy within yourself out onto your skin, and can make things out of it. Your energy innately wraps around your body, absorbing attacks so that you feel them less and they are less lethal, but tanking blows means you have less to work with offensively." I explained, holding my hand out and forming a light blue ball in my hand.
"Here's a ball. It's formed by my energy, I can make it as soft or hard as I want." I say with a smile. I notice their puzzled looks. I chuckled, knowing the next explanation is going to confuse them a little more. "You can give it a command, such as tell it to explode". Nick brightened up, and I smiled at his reaction knowing he had some knowledge on how elemental energy worked since he is the author. He quickly caught on and formed a ball of his own, startling the other two, which sparked a funny interaction with all three of them competing with one another.
"You can do this and give it a name, and these-" I say while tossing them three a bracelet, which turns into a large device that would extend onto their forearm, "-will save your Elemental Attacks as they're called, information and how to create whatever you make. It can also scan and store objects." I explain to them. They each checked it out curiously, and Nick seemed very eager in creating attacks, "You got some attacks you want to create, grandpa?" I asked him. He then looked at me and smiled, nodding. The other two seemed excited to join him in creating EAs, so I left to let them experience doing so without my interference.
