Nicholas's POV

I had woken up a little while, or what felt like a little while, but I was informed that I had slept for three days. Great, and now I'm starving. Caira had came in with a plate of sandwiches which came from the cafeteria

"Oh Nicholas, you're up" she said with a smile, "we were afraid you were going to sleep forever. It's good to see you aren't"

Cameron and Lillith had avoided contact with her as they took the sandwiches, and Caira gave me the rest. I happily ate the entire plate of sandwiches and watched Caira look at the other two.

"Well since you're up now Nicholas, we can begin your training" Caira said gleefully, "screw that! Take us home!!" Cameron snapped at her.

Lillith and I flinched at his sudden outburst, but Caira calmly stood up, "we can't. The portal we had used to transport you broke upon bringing you here. You're stuck here, so you might as well do something other than sit here right?" she said with a smile.

I had jumped off the hospital bed, then immediately fell due to the numbness in my legs. "Ow Jesus-" I growled as Lillith helped me up, "just lay down, you just woke up..." Lillith said quietly

I didn't exactly know whether not I should agree or disagree with her, so I stayed silent. She took it upon herself to lay me back down, and Roxy had came into the room with Mark. Mark motioned her towards me, where she enveloped her hand in her energy and made it flow through my body. Everyone sat in silence as she quickly removed the fatigue from my body, and I glowed as I looked at her. "Thanks!" I said ecstatically as she removed her hand off my shoulder, and I quickly jumped up and off the bed. Lillith was startled at my sudden movement, but I proceeded to speak,

"So when do we begin?" I asked. Cameron snapped at me when I asked that question, "we need to get home Nick".

I paused for a moment, not knowing exactly how I should respond. "They...we need to help them. They asked for our help, and we can't go back, what are we supposed to do Cameron. You want us to sit here? I get it, I get that you're angry but we can't just sit here knowing we can't go back right now and do nothing to support their own world. Besides, I know good and well you're happy to have superpowers. Come on! We talk about it all the time, our world is soooo fucking boring and how we only have video games and anime to rely on fantasies". I practically lectured him then, but once I was done he gave me a small smile, "fine, I'll help them out. To be honest having these is really cool" he then turned to Mark, "I'm really sorry I was like that, I was just being a total douche". Everyone smiled, "no it's also my apologies, I had put you all under quite a bit of stress but it isn't quite over yet. We're going to be training you three to be elites for the next three weeks"

We watched as Mark set up three separate, decently sized rooms for us.

"What I want to do with you three is to train you for three weeks straight, non-stop, with only three meals and eight hours of sleep. The three of you would be able to communicate with each other, and I will speak to you if I have something I want to work on"

Although he would only do that for the first few days, as he wanted us to develop training methods on our own to fit our fighting styles. He noted that the training fight he had with the three of us showed how we'd potentially fight, and how we should develop those skills if we were to continue down that road. Of course, that never showed our core fighting styles, and he said we would need to find that out ourselves. Throughout the weeks he would allow us to spawn in whatever we want whether it be traps or objects, or even scenarios. He said that meeting the entirety of this organization would be beneficial though, so he directed us out into the cafeteria, which had a lot of people in it. I imagine this is just a relaxing area more than a dining area. He walked us over to the middle of the room, which was accompanied with stares by those around us. He then created some sort of triangular stand, in which he told us three to stand at the corners. It wasn't that tall, about 3 stair steps high, and we got stepped onto it. Mark and the other two stood beneath us, and Mark went ahead and spawned in a mic. When he spoke into it his voice blared out from the intercoms on the corners of the room, and he had hushed the entire room, directing their attention towards us.
