Few minutes later she comes to the living room with a jug of lemonade and two cups. She puts it on the table and we start talking. "So how's the music going?" She asks.
"Good I'm about to drop my second album in a week or two." I say causing her to smile. "That's amazing." She says. We kept talking about random stuff. Luckily we left Quinton out the supject
We've been talking for about 45 minutes and honestly I loved it, just talking to someone. Well of course it helped if I liked the person. As we were talking about her job I hear the front door open.
I turn my head towards the door and there stands Quinton in the doorway. "Mom I'm ba- He says stopping when he sees me. I stand up from the couch and look back at his mom.
"I should probably go." I say. "No its fine you can stay. I'll be in the kitchen." Quinton says making me turn around. "O uhm... Okay." I say as he walks off. I sit back down.
"Aren't you hot Chanel, maybe wanna take off your jacket?" She asks politely and I see Quinton stop dead in his tracks. I was basicly sweating but I couldn't take it off cause I was wearing a short sleeve and if I took off my jacket I'd be showing my cuts. "No thanks I'm alright." I say as I do an awkward giggle after.
QUITON POV
When I walked in and saw Chanel I was shocked. I did not expect her to be in my house but it was fine. I told her she can stay and as I walked to my room I hear my mom aksing if she wants to take off her jacket.
She said no and it was like 40 degrees and after she said it she did her awkward giggle she does when she's lying. I know her to well and I know she's lying, she's hiding something.
I remember how Avani and Anthony told me she's been secretive and I've seen it. These past few weeks me and her have been seeing each other like when I go to Sway I'd see her and she barely spoke a word or did anything besides watching TV and being in her room.
CHANEL POV
It's been about half a hour and I'm now in the cab back on my way to Sway. I got there, walked in and went straight to my room. As I was walking to my room I felt my phone vibrate.
I got to my room, sat on the bed and grabbed my phone. When I switched it on I felt my heart break a bit. The name "𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐧"appears on the screen. I tap on the notification and read his text.
