Chapter 33

Hobi's POV~🥺

Everyone buzzed with excitement as we waiting for y/n to join us back downstairs. No sooner than the thought passed my mind she appeared.

My heart skipped a beat as she stepped down from the finally step. She shuffled in her spot nervously as we all took in her appearance.

She was dressed in an oversized long sleeve white t-shirt that had been tucked into a pair of denim shorts.

"woah.. Y/n-ahh you look so cute!" taehyung slurred out from the sofa. I can't help but 100% agree as I closed the distance between us. I pulled her into a tight hug and I felt her arms reach around my waist. I mentally awed at the rosy colour her cheeks had taken on when we both pulled away.

"let's get going!" I sang out as I stuck my arm out which she willingly took. Everyone followed suit as we split into the two cars, me, y/n, namjoon and yoongi took the first car while the others pilled into the second.

I look to my side where y/n's eyes followed each passing building with excitement and annoyance as we still hadn't told her where we was going after her nth time of asking she finally gave up. I chuckled at her muddled expressions.

I tapped her shoulder to gain her attention and hopefully stur her mind of thought somewhere else. She truly did look adorable once she whipped her head to face my direction.

"are you going to tell me where we are going yet?" she questioned.

"you know a surprise is a surprise for a reason" I laughed out as she huffed out and sank into her seat.

"how far until we get there?" she pouted out. "not long" namjoon chuckled out from the passenger seat.

I was so immersed in her that we didn't even notice we had arrived until said girl screamed out "OMG THE BEACH!!!"

She raced out the car as fast as her legs would take her, her arms waving around as she ran through the sand. We all slowly began to make our way down the beach, huge smiles on our faces as we fell into a daze which was her and only her in our vision.

Her shoes were kicked off to the side as she stood knee high in the water as she turned in her step "THIS IS THE BEST FIRST DATE EVER!" she shouted out attempting to hid her embarrassment.

I think at the moment I fell in love all over again. My heart felt tight in my chest as I struggled to fight the urge to run and take her into my arms and never let go.

The maknaes joined her after Jin-Hyung made sure to layer each of them with suncream and remind them not to worry about getting their clothes wet as everyone had a spare set in the car that he himself had picked out. Each of their faces had cringed at the thought of wearing a 'Jin Hyung styled outfit' as they called it, whereas y/n only beemed with more joy before she took off into the water once again.

I could see the pure love in her eyes as she splashed water back at the three boys trying not to harm them even as they ganged up and chased her further into the waves.

Yoongi watched them all intensely, read to jump up and go over should any problems arise but I don't think anyone could help but notice the way his lips would curl up slightly each time y/n had over powed the group. Yep she was definitely his favourite.

Namjoon was taking slow steps over to the youngest a small look of evil as I sat up in my chair, we knew he was up to no good as he manged to scoop her up and run away from the others and down the beach with them all in tow. Her loud screams and laughter of excitement filled the air as even jinhyungs attention was pulled from setting out a feast. His eyes darted with worry until he physically calmed upon seeing namjoon with y/n wrapped around his body.

She looked like a koala waving over Namjoons shoulder to the maknaes that were shouting not far behind.

I stood from my chair smiling contently as I continued to take in everything around.

Namjoon had come to a stop not too far from where he started with y/n as his shield to stop the younger from attacking. Yoongi was sat to my left watching with a soft smile on his lips and Jin not too far back finishing the last of his amazing work.

"FOOD IS READY!!" he shouted out

Y/n was sat down between yoongi and Jin her plate still full with food as she immersed herself in conversation with the maknaes and namjoon. I watched Jin Hyung continue to slip more food to her plate even going as far as to put his chopsticks to her mouth with food. I couldn't stop watching her, I don't think any of us could.

The way she had fitted in so easily, how she doesn't question jinhyungs fussing or push away the subtle touches yoongi gives to her.
How each time we locked eyes she would smile ear to ear or how no intimate mindset was needed when she joked and ran around with jimin, taehyung and jungkook innocently even when namjoon would hold her such away like earlier how we all very obviously had thought of it as something intimate where y/n had taken to it so innocently it pulled at my heart strings. More so when I realised she had yet to kiss any of us yet, she had yet to so much a spass the thought of doing something with more than innocence in mind.

But I guess that's why each moment felt more precious with her.
