Maya POV
We've been driving around for about 30 minutes and still nothing. I called home, but Lucas said there's been no sign of her. Josh stopped the car and sighed. Maya maybe she's still in the apartment building. I nodded my head we've tried everywhere else. We arrived at the apartment and Riley enveloped me in a hug. Don't worry we'll find her. At that moment there was a knock at the door. I ran over and it was Mrs.Bair. She smiled hello I think I have something you guys might want. She stepped to the side and uncovered Ashlyn. ASHLYN!!! I screamed running over and picking her up. What in the world were you thinking?! We called the police because we thought you were kidnapped or something! She frowned I'm sorry I didn't mean to cause so much trouble. I nodded yeah well you need to be punished right Josh? He looked up hm? Oh um yes Ashlyn should go to her room? I smiled at him he was turning out to be a great dad. I put her down and she ran to her room. We thanked Riley and Lucas and they left, but left Taylor here for a sleepover. I sighed Josh are we supposed to talk to her now? He shrugged I don't know I think so. We walked into her room and she shot out of bed. Excuse me it's polite to knock when entering MY ROOM. I laughed sorry princess, but we need to talk about you.

Josh POV
Ashlyn Sophia Matthews what were you thinking running away like that?! She shrugged well I thought I could go live with Mrs.Bair. She's not moving anywhere and I can still go to the same school. I sighed Maya gestured me to keep talking. Princess you need to realize that things will change, but most of the time for the better. She put her head on her pillow. Daddy everything's changing! First I had to get a baby brother and you guys gave up half of my attention to me. Then I find out that we need to move! Worst of all the reason we're moving is because I'm getting more siblings who take away more attention from me! And one of those siblings is probably going to share a room with me and invade my privacy! Wow I never realized Ashlyn felt that way. I guess it would be hard having to keep giving everything up. Maya hugged her we're sorry we didn't know that's how you felt. Except Ashlyn is there ever a time when you do love having Gavin around? She nodded yeah when he plays with me and stuff. Maya nodded see now you get to play with even more kids! Also if you do end up sharing a room it will most likely be twice as big as this room. You guys will have lots of space to not invade each other's privacy. I laughed so what do you say Ashlyn will you move? She put her finger to her lip and looked up thinking. Yes I will she smiled. We smiled too okay now go to bed. Maya and I started to watch a movie when the phone rang.

Maya POV
Hello? Yes hi this is a police officer from the department downtown. We need you to clean out your mothers apartment by the end of the week or everything's going to the junkyard thank you. I hung up and groaned now it have to go back to my old apartment that I was kicked out of?!
