Pentagon: Song Guide & History

What is this book?

It can be really hard sometimes to find information/clips of Pentagon talking about their songs' meanings and/or their creative process, so the purpose of this book is to share some that I've found (with links to proof, so you don't have to take my word for it). But I think it can be easier to understand/empathize with their music if you know a bit about their history, so there will also be chapters dedicated to a general overview of their history. This is NOT meant to be a comprehensive history, though.

The chapters will go in chronological order, and each album will have its own chapter where I will list the songs and any fun facts I've found out about them. Each chapter will have an external link to a Google Doc which lists links providing proof. These links will mainly be videos of Pentagon themselves talking about the songs, with English subtitles. The whole point is to have proof, not random comments/theories by fans!

One thing that won't be in the external links is song credits. Since this book is meant to focus on Pentagon's meaning in their songs, I'll usually only mention Pentagon members who were involved in the songs. But a lot of songs have non-Pentagon members on the official credits too, and of course it's important to acknowledge their contributions, so for detailed song credits I suggest checking colorcodedlyrics.com.

This will be an ongoing project. I welcome everyone to comment or message me if you know of something to add to the song guides, or something you think should be added to the history sections :) 

Also, I will try to explain everything so that it is understandable even if you are very new to Pentagon or even new to kpop. Let me know if you have any questions that I could clarify better!
