Inspector Licht's Notes

Sir (Licht I guess) POV

     I stared at my anomaly as Captain picked the small figure up and set them on his bulky back. He also picked Shinra up bridal style and carefully started walking inside. Lieutenant Hinawa was right behind him, carrying Arthur like a baby. The rest of Company 8 followed with me strolling behind them, looking at the notes I took on my anomaly.

- Personality~

   - Laid back

   - Jumpy

   - Nonchalant

   - Observant

- Looks~

   - White hair with red and orange streak ( red probably from going infernal)

   - Blue and red eye (red from going infernal)

   - Mixed skin tone

   - Small... about 5,1- 5,3

   - Not so muscular

   - Slim

- Power

   - Possibly started as a third generation, going infernal and the antidote amplified their powers.

   - Feelings make power stronger, probably can fix that with training

   - Cold fire? How the hell does that work? I'll have to conduct more experiments.

- Extra info

   - Probably young... younger than Kusakabe. Probably 13 or 14 (can kids go infernal?)

   - Looks like they didn't eat enough when fully human/ too skinny, ribs showing

   - Gender? Never found out. Didn't wanna check and be disrespectful

   - Give them a chance to see all sides/ do they wanna join more sides and spy, like me?

   - Are they going to be my partner in crime? Share info and shit?

   - Name? Shiroi Honoo/ White Flame (haven't told them yet... they're gonna love it!)

     I looked up from my paper, noticing I was already inside and walking down the hallway with my team. I was satisfied with my work, so I tucked the notebook into my sleeve and went to help take care of Shinra, Arthur, and... Shiroi Honoo.

OMGGGG GUYS I MADE SOMETHING- Don't ask me why, because I know it's shit, but I really like it! Anyways, before I show that, I just want to say that school starts back up soon and I don't know when I'll be able to make another chapter; hence why I made so much today. Now, I'm gonna find a place to watch Danganronpa 2. You guys go cause trouble, though. It's much more exhilarating than what I'm doing lol. 

Here's what I made... Thats what I think the character looks like. When I get a drawing tablet, I'll retry and make it better.
