Before I begin this story, I would like to discuss on Jessica Jung, Former member of Girls Generation of SNSD as it is known. This is because Blanc & Eclare will be a major "company" in this as you can probably tell by the title of this series.
I am by no means a Golden Star (Jessica's fandom name) or in Matt's case. Not a fanboy, just passionate. I don't stand any single group, the closest I get to stanning a group is ITZY. I don't buy the merch of any groups I just enjoy who they are and the music.
I have read somewhere that her clothes are overpriced. I'm not into fashion but I mean clothes are basically overpriced so it's not really a big deal for me. I actually hate fashion brands but that's just me.
That said I understand Jessica in Kpop can only be described as a debate between OT9, OT8 and Golden Stars on especially Jessica's departure. Some say Jessica was forced out due to SM being well in my words, a bit greedy. I refuse to get into the debate on what really happened on the 30th of September, 2014. I guess that is just the result of confidential information and the ridiculous speculation that goes on between the fandoms. We will probably never know what truly and the only real evidence we have is Jessica's and SM's statement which usually is incredibly bias. SM being one of if not the biggest kpop company will of course be biased against Jessica. Which is sadly very true. I am a Sebastian Vettel fan and it is just heartbreaking to see Vettel at Ferrari right now. When he was announced to joining Aston Martin this year this is what Ferrari tweeted.

Honestly you can almost tell it is to save some face. Ferrari treatment of Vettel can only be described as a complete joke like this year's Ferrari.
Where am I going with this. Where I am going is that both sides will be incredibly biased. This is SM's statement. Any f1 fan knows its complete to save some face given how Ferrari basically shafted Vettel this year. I won't go into detail but you can look it up. Especially Mattia Binotto in the media.

Anyway that rant is done. Here is the timeline I know of(I don't have the complete timeline. Most is taken in Jessica's statement so I have taken it with a pinch of salt, so do you)
So Jessica always from what I have gathered to do fashion. So she wanted to join the industry with "Blanc" later renamed "Blanc & Eclare". She had received approval from SM executives and her members to launch her fashion brand. Everything was going ok until around early Sep, her members told her to choose between the group or her brand. She explained and even doubled checked with the CEO of SM, who gave her his approval. But on the infamous day on the 29th of September 2014, she was officially kicked out of SM. The very next day it was made public.
