(FIRST OFF. IT'S SAD TO HEAR THAT IZONE IS DISBANDING. THEY ARE A COOL GIRL GROUP AND CERTAINLY HAVE GOOD MUSIC. IT'S UNFORTUNATE THAT THEY ARE DISBANDING AND I WISH THE GIRLS A BLESSED AFTER DEBUT CAREER IN IZONE. ESPECIALLY CHAEYEON AND SAKURA WHOM I WILL ESPECIALLY BE FOLLOWING AS CLOSELY AS A CASUAL FAN WILL BE)

Krystal: First episode Will. This is bound to be interesting.

Will: Yup it will. I have to thank F1 and NBC for giving me this chance to try something different.

Krystal: Yup we really have to thank them for this. So what's the schedule again?

Will: Well we will be in Korea for about a week, you are negotiating something with JYP am I right for the first 3 days?

Krystal: Yes that is correct. Also can see my younger cousin there you is currently a trainee there.

Will: You have a younger cousin training in JYP? I thought you have a company for that.

Krystal: She joined before we set up Coridel. Plus when we offered her, she politely declined to join. Says that it will might cause favoritism. Can't blame her for thinking it. After all Tyler is her cousin-in-law.

Will: Make sense. How have you been enjoying your job? It's quite a far cry from your initial job as well...a kpop idol I guess.

Krystal: Yah. it is a huge far cry from being a Kpop idol but so far...I'm not regretting it. I'm more as an introvert but when I have a huge passion and enjoy the work, you bring out the funny side in me. just like Jessica and Celes do multiple times a day. I'm enjoying this more than I realize, and I don't have to fake it. No scripts, nothing. Just pure excitement and fan girl type of person. I'm happy.

Will: Good to here. Just enjoying them as well I guess.

Krystal: Guess you can say that. How is teaching the youngsters...

Will: Good. So far going very well. They are more than willing to continue helping out and trying to better themselves. They are not faking it so that's good.

Krystal: Good to here that from you.

Will: Honestly I thought they were going to be an extreme pain in the ass for you guys.

Will chuckled: No. they enjoy being a part of it. Don't polish the turd.

Krystal: If it goes to shit it goes to shit. Honestly I enjoy the trainees and their twitter account especially. Sometimes it's pure gold, especially when they get ratioed.

Will burst out laughing: Oh that's always gold. When people ratio you on Twitter, it's not cool. Not cool at all. Why do Kpop companies are so strict on this?

Krystal looked down as her smile turned into a frown: Honestly...I'm not sure. The Netflix documentary interviews are with me and Jessica on the Kpop world but honestly Coridel is not the idea of the normal Kpop company. Prostitution, 'favors', and stupid remarks to try and mold you into the perfect image. As much as I loved singing, I did not like doing that one bit. Especially the term idol. I don't like it very much. It's...how do I put it. It gives the sense that he or she is perfect and has the entire world to themselves. That's why Tyler has already labelled EVERGLOW and ATEEZ the 'normal group' in a sense that allows us to relate to them as they have their own ambitions, own BS to deal with and just generally more active on social media not as a good but as their own people. Bloody hell E.U has her own YouTube channel and now has the gold play button on her house and half of them have their own twitch channel as well just playing games. Our schedules are packed as well with little rest in between and barely any sleep with slave contracts. I can safely say as Vice-CEO of Coridel, I am doing my best to address this and not make it into Coridel. And for the group, we refuse to use the term idol. Just Kpop singers, rappers etc.
