"But why can't we stay here, in Connecticut?? Everything is going alright here!" Charli said to her mom.
"This house is too small and we need more space, I already told you that Charli!"
"But we are JUST 4 PEOPLE LIVING HERE" Charli replied to her mom.
"I know, but we want a bigger house, that's all. We were leaving there 9 years ago it's not going to be strange for you."
"I know but it's just... I haven't talked to my friends from Los Angeles since we moved... I don't remember anyone!"
"that's great! You can meet new friends!"
"Ughhh," Charli said and rolled her eyes.
"I'm sure there will be a lot of very nice kids in your new school" Heidi tried to cheer Charli up but seems that Charli was still mad.
Marc, Heidi, dixie, and Charli got into the car and started driving, Charli still trying to convince her mother.
"But you have friends here!!"
"We can still call each other."
"You have great work here"
"I found a new job on la, don't worry"
"Ughhhh"
"Charli you can stop now, we're here"
Charli looked at her new home and sighed loudly.
"Charli stop it's not that bad!" Dixie said.
They entered into their new home and started organizing their things. Charli was sitting in the corner of the empty living room murmuring madly to herself while playing with her pendant that on her neck.
"Charli, maybe go take a walk outside.. maybe you'll feel better." marc said and smiled.
"Sure," Charli said and rolled her eyes.
She opened the door and smelled the air. "Oof" Charli sighed to herself and started walking in the street. She barely remembered where is everything, everything has changed there. She started to play with her pendant again while walking, wondering where is he now. "OUCH," she screamed.  She looked up and saw a very tall teen, with blue eyes and black clothes.
"Maybe instead of looking on your necklace look at where you're going." The boy said.
"Ugh sorry" she didn't mean it.
"Wow someone here is in a bad mood," the boy said.
Charli rolled her eyes again, for the 31st time today actually. She tried to pass him but he was faster.
"Where do you live?" He asked.
"It's none of your business" Charli didn't even know her address yet.
"Okay.. what school are you going to?"
"Just leave me!" And she turned around back to her home.
"Hi, Charli you're back! How was it? Do you feel better?"
"No I do not feel better, I feel worse. can I go to my room please?"
"Yes" marc replied to her and she went upstairs.
Charli lying on her bed, looking at the ceiling and wondering, where is her best friend had when she was 7... maybe he moved to another city? Maybe he's famous now? Maybe he's DEAD? Charli stop he's not dead. I hope he still remembers the pendant and that he still has it on his chest, that he didn't take it off as I told him. She wondered so much that it made her tired and she fell asleep...

"Charli!! Good morning!!"
"W..what..?"
"Good morning! You're going to your new school today!" Heidi stood above Charli and smiled a big smile.
"Oh.. okay.. give just a few more minutes"
"I'm giving you FIVE MINUTES, if you're not waking up after five minutes it's your problem because IM GOING TO WORK."
"fine..fin-" and she fell asleep.

"Mmm," Charli murmured as she woke up... "I told her it will be only five minutes.. why is it so quiet here??" She went downstairs and looked at the clock. "IT'S 9 AM?? SCHOOL STARTED 1 HOUR AGO!" she brushed her teeth, brushed her hair, dressed up, and almost forgot her shoes. Finally, when she got to school, she opened the classroom door and forgot she needs to knock.
"Oh- oops.." she said and started to blush.
"Oh!!" The teacher said, "you must be our new student!" She smiled a very big smile and took charli's hand. The teacher grabbed Charli into the classroom, Charli tried not to look at her new classmates, it was so embarrassing! "Meet miss DA'melio, Charli DA'melio." Charli looked down. "Charli.. you can sit... Ummm... right there." The teacher said and pointed to an empty chair. "Next to chase." She looked up and saw.. the annoying guy from her walk.
