1 year later.

A lot has happened for the past year. Living with Jayden is nice, but there are somethings he does that just makes me wanna rip his handsome face from his body.

He has this tendency of leaving the sit up, like come on how hard is it to pull the toilet sit down?! But that's not the only reason why I want to rip his handsome face from his body.

He sometimes gets very untidy and leave his clothes all over the apartment then would have to clean after him. Oh, but that's not the worse one. Jayden has a fucken GIRLFRIEND! I wish I was lying but I'm not.

I'm more than hurt to say the least. Seeing them together breaks my heart but I try not to show it.

"Earth to Hope!" I see Jayden's long fingers snap in front of my face.

"I'm here." I snap out of my thoughts.

"Look your crush is here." Jessica, Jayden's girlfriend for 2 months says. Ah! My crush!

"You should really talk to him." Jayden encourages with a small smile. In all honest the only crush I have is on Jayden. I just lied to both of them about having a crush on some guy who I share many classes with. He is handsome but he doesn't compare to Jayden.

"Yeah no. I don't think so..." I say to them.
"I'm gonna call him. Hey Nolan!" Jessica yells making Nolan to turn and walk towards us. Fear makes its presence noticeable in my heart!

Shit. Shit. This was not the plan!

"Hey Jes. Hi guys." He greets with a smile. Cute smile but it doesn't compare to Jayden's smile.

Gosh why am I always comparing him to Jayden!

"Hi" I mutter. "Hey man!" Jayden greets with a smile but it looks a little forced! I wonder. "You know we would like you to join us on our double date, Hope here doesn't have anyone to go with and if you don't mind we'd like for you to go with us." Jessica's looks Nolan straight in the eyes with pleading ones.

Jessica is a very attractive girl. I know her from primary school, she doesn't know me though. Even if she knew me in primary school she has totally forgot about me now. Jessica was and I'd like to believe that she is still a bitch. People like her never change. She did some terrible things to my friends and other defenceless kids at school. I'm glad that I haven't been a victim of her craziness.

"Yeah sure." Nolan smiles gentle.

"I was actually hoping to go with Harry." I inject hoping that they would reconsider the suggestion of Nolan tagging along. "I'm sure Harry won't mind. Then it's settled then Nolan and Hope here will go together." Jessica claps her hands in excitement, too much excitement.

"Yeah sure. Just send me the details Jess, see y'all." Nolan then walks off to his friends. Great.

"Hooray!" I murmur. "Otherwise, I'll see you later guys I need to go to class." I walk away without spearing them a second glance. As I near my class Jayden stops me in my tracks.

"Are you sure that you want to go to this double date thingy? You seriously don't have to if you don't want to." He says with a concerned look. "Yes it's fine, I want to do it." I fake a small smile. God how I hate lying to him but it is what it is.

I walk past him and into my class and I'm immediately greeted by my high school best friend, Harry. We met in 8th grade and been friends ever since. He is gay to the core! I love it.

"Hope dear! I have got something to tell you." Each word was pronounced with profound excitement. "Baby, spill the tea." I join in his excitement.
