Everything was black.
I could feel, but only the intense burning and stinging in my wrist.
I could hear, but only my own heartbeat.
I could smell, but only the scent of silver and blood.
But I couldn't see. My eyelids felt too heavy to be lifted.
I couldn't move anything come to think of it. It was almost like 400 pound dumbbells had been tied to every single one of my limbs. I hated it, but there was nothing I could do about it.
I knew, well, assumed I was fully conscious. It's hard to tell from my position in this situation.
There was muffled voice, sounding as if they were yelling. I'm not sure.
This all felt strangely........ expected. Like somewhere in the depths of my mind I knew this was coming. Or maybe it was just me being weird.
I felt things around me move. I guess I was being carried, but I was totally focused on the pain in my wrist. It was the only thing I knew was real at the moment.
Soon, even focusing on the pain became too much. I felt all remains of consciousness I had before, if I even had them, slip away.
And before I knew it, nothing.
No heartbeat.
No pain.
No smell.
Nothing.
It was then I noticed, I was dying.
All coherent thoughts were swiped away as I took my assumed last breath.
Nothing.
Well a short chapter because I suck. Sorry for the gigantic wait. Love you guys!
