Shadow stood in the Shuttle headed towards Beacon, watching the clouds rush by, and the sea showing a glimmer like a jewel's shine. His Rebel's Dagger was sheathed and on his hip but covered by his black coat that nearly touched the floor. The only way to see the dagger was to stand in front of him, but just to see the hilt of the dagger. His mask covered his eyes, but his green eyes were visible as there were eye-holes in the mask.

Joker: so it's a different version of me?

CD: yes

He shook his head thinking of how much he had to do to get here, he didn't really want to think about it. He pulled out his scroll and begun looking for music to listen to. While looking, he was bumped from behind which look to see who it was. The girl seemed roughly young, maybe 15 at least for how she looked

Ruby's mind: great, not even a minute in and I already crashed into someone

Red Cloak Girl: Oh! Sorry, I didn't mean to bump into you, I...I was looking for someone.

Shadow slightly smiled at this girl's innocent apology

Shadow: No worries. This shuttle is quite crowded so I wouldn't expect much. Speaking of which, who are you looking for?

The girl looked down for a second before looking back at Shadow.

Red Cloak Girl: I'm looking for my sister, she's supposed to be on this shuttle, but I can't seem to find her.

Yang: seriously Rubes?

Ruby: hey, you can clearly see how big it is! of course I'm lost!

Shadow: Do you mind if I help you look for your sister?

Red Cloak Girl: Oh! Yes! That would be so helpful, thank you so much!

Shadow: Before we begin, May I ask for your name?

Ruby: Oh, my name is Ruby, Ruby Rose.

Shadow: Nice to meet you, name's Shadow Strife.

Shadow reached out his hand for a shake, which Ruby gladly accepted and shook Shadow's hand.

Ruby: Thank you Shadow, I'll make it up to you someday!

Joker's mind: heh, reminds me of Fu- ahem, Oracle

The search for Ruby's sister lasted about fifteen minutes, Ruby described what her sister looked like so Shadow could find her quickly. While they did bump into a few people they did eventually find Ruby's sister, who was definitely older than Ruby, maybe by two years

Ruby: Yang! I finally found you, man it took me forever.

Yang: Ruby! Oh my goshhhh, my little sister is going to Beacon with me! I'm so proud of you!

Ruby/Yang: whoa, De Ja Vu

Yang hugs Ruby tightly while Shadow chuckles a bit watching them

Ruby (slightly in pain form the tight hug): Ok..hehehe...you can stop now.

Yang: Oh sorry! *let's go of Ruby* My bad, I'm just so proud of you for getting here!

Yang looks behind Ruby and sees Shadow watching the events unfold between them

Yang: Well Sis, seems you already found a friend~ *winks at Ruby and Shadow*

Ruby: damn it Yang!

Yang: what? you guys look so cute!

Joker: I already have one adopted sister, I don't need a second thank you

Ruby: *blushes in slight rage* It's not like that Yang! I just accidentally bumped into him and he helped me find you!

Shadow: I take it that you're Ruby's older sister, name's Shadow Strife, pleased to meet you.

Yang: Name's Yang Xiao Long. Thanks for helping Ruby find me, so I guess we're friends now.

Shadow shrugged while nodding agreeably. After that, a hologram showed up, showing a teacher of some kind to give a lecture.

Teacher: Hello, and welcome to Beacon.

Yang: Who's that?

Glynda: My name is Glynda Goodwitch

Yang: Oh.

Glynda: You are among a privilege few to have received the honor of being selected to attend this prestigious academy. Our world is experiencing an incredible time of peace, and as future Huntsmen and Huntresses, it is your duty to uphold it.

Salem's mind: that's going to end soon, I can tell

Glynda: You have demonstrated the courage needed for such a task, and now, it is our turn to provide you with the knowledge and the training to protect our world. *disappears*

Everyone started turning to the windows of the shuttle, with the city of Vale and Beacon Academy in view. Ruby and Yang even go to the windows to look.

Ruby: Wow! You can see Signal from up here!

Fox: your world looks wonderful! I'll have to visit sometime to do my sketching

Shadow soon joins them, taking a look out to enjoy the view of Vale.

Ruby: Guess home isn't so far away after all.

Yang: *places hand on Ruby's shoulder* Beacons's our home now.

As they say that, a young blonde boy is looking quite queasy, and started making a move to a nearby trashcan, on the verge of vomiting

Jaune's mind: curse my luck, of course that part is still the same

Shadow: Guess the view's not for everyone...*sigh*

Ruby: Well, it was fun while it lasted. Wonder who we're gonna meet!

Yang: Hopefully someone better than Vomit Boy.

Ruby:  Oh, Yang, gross, you have puke on your shoe!

Yang start's freaking out a bit, Shadow just stays back to avoid conflict

Shadow's mind: Well, This will be quite... fun.]

CD: and that's it for the first episode, what do you all think so far?
