Unfolding Fate C1, E9

The next morning, Shadow awakes to the sun rising in the sky. He sits up and checks the time, seeing it's 9:15.

Shadow: Yeesh...I overslept my alarm by a good margin...thank goodness today's Saturday.

Shadow puts his scroll away and climbs down to the ground. He enters the hotel to see Blake.

Shadow: Hey! Did Blake leave already?

Attendant: Yea...left half an hour ago by some monkey boy looking for her.

Shadow: *nods* Alright, thank you for letting me know! I've got to go find her now.

Shadow then leaves the hotel and jumps onto a lamppost and looks around, seeing if there are any traces for Blake.

Shadow's mind: Hopefully I find her soon...but then again...she still might need some time to herself, without me or Team RWBY.

Shadow then hears the sound of an alarms going off, as he looks to his left to see a gang of robbers with cash overflowing their bags. Shadow follows them, jumping from lamppost to lamppost seeing where they would go.

Shadow: I've got time to spare, might as well help the public.

Shadow pursuits the robbers until they go into an alleyway, with police losing track of where they went, as the three start opening their bags and starts counting their loot.

Shadow: *whispering* So then, looks like I've got some no good robbers.

Robber 1: How much did you get?

Robber 2: About 15,000 Lien...

Robber 3: I've got 30,000 Lien, what about you?

Robber 1: *cocky attitude* I've got 75,000 Lien! With 120,000 Lien, we can buy anything!

Shadow: Anything except a way out of jail...

The three robbers look to the direction of Shadow's voice as Shadow drops onto the ground, dagger unsheathed and in pistol mode and pointing at the Robbers.

Shadow: Now then, I suggest that you stay where you are, the police are already on their way.

Robber 2: Impossible! We lost them just a few minutes ago!

As if on point, three cop cars arrive behind Shadow. Having their guns pulled out as the robbers have their hands up and slowly backing away.

Shadow: Well then, looks like it's checkmate. Now hand over the money you stole!

The robbers then grab the bags and throw them to Shadow's feet as the cops arrest the three robbers and move them into the car.

Shadow: I'll be taking my leave, see ya!

Shadow then jumps up to the roof, still looking for Blake as Shadow jumps building to building.

Shadow's mind: Where are you Blake?!

Meanwhile with RWY (Ruby, Weiss, Yang)...

Ruby: *shouting* Blaaake!

Yang: *also calling out* Shadooow!

The scene transitions to Ruby, Yang, and Weiss walking through town and calling in vain for their missing.

Ruby: *continuing to scream* Blaaaaaaaake! Where aaaare yoooouuuu!?

Yang: Shadow!

Ruby: *turning on Weiss* Weiiiiss, you're not helping!

Weiss: Oh! You know what might be able to help? The Police!
