"babe you need to get up."

megumi kept his back facing you as he lets out a small grunt, pulling the pillow further over his face.

this is how most of your mornings were, you trying to get him up and him just grunting in disapproval.

"just a few more minutes yeah?" he mumbled into his pillow, patting the space behind him searching for you.

you smiled softly before plopping yourself beside him, moving beside the male, leaning over him to get a better look at his face.

his eyebrows were slightly scrunched as he had a soft scowl on his face, earning a small laugh from you.

he opens one eye as he studies you carefully "what are you laughing about?"

you merely shrug before sitting up against the bed frame, drawing small circles on his bare back. "nothing."

you could feel him start to ease against your touch, enjoying the feeling of skin on skin.

lightly you pushed him onto his stomach, sitting on the small of his back as you started to massage his shoulders.

the stiffness throughout his shoulders was honestly ridiculously, nevertheless you worked through them intensively.

so perfect in his eyes that he can't fathom the fact that you were his partner.

"you make it sound like you'd rather someone else have me," you smirked a little to yourself, wondering how he'd react.

he turned his head to the side just enough to see you as he scowled at you," the fuck? i don't want anyone else to have you."

you smiled as you gently raked your nails down his back, feeling him slightly flex his back from the sudden ticklish feeling, "i don't want anyone else but you megs."

just from those simple words, you could feel how relaxed his whole body became.

he needed that reassurance here and there, nor did you mind because you were willing to let him know every single day if needed.

you were close with everyone in jujutsu but out of everyone, megumi topped them all.

"can we sleep in and stay like this for a bit longer before i actually need to get up?" he kept a firm grip on your waist as he waited for your reply.

you smiled as you placed your index finger under his chin to lift his head, giving him a small but passionate kiss.
