Chapter 12

(Thomas POV)

I blacked out, I think I went livid. Yes, I have a short temper, but I don't get livid that much. When it happens I can't touch anyone besides Newt or it will burn them. I must have been out for about 1 hour.

I gasp awake shivering and sweating like normal, but in a different bed than normal. I am so ashamed that's how the pack and we meet. "Oh yay lets get livid and scare them to their core before we get to know/see each other" I thought sarcastically. Newt and Minho didn't even get to meet they're siblings. I was caught up in thoughts and didn't notice Newt come in pulling me into his chest.

"They're scared of me aren't they? The pack," I murmured

"They are confused but no not scared, some of the Gladers/Scorchers that have never seen that before are though" He explained. I am a monster. I am like a ball of rage waiting to be set off.

"I'm sorry" I whispered silently crying. "Did I hurt anyone?"

"You burnt Gally and gave Teresa a concussion and a couple broken bones"

"Wait what? What do you mean they are both super dead" I sit up.

"Tommy, What do you remember?"

"A car pulling up then waking up here. I know I went livid because that's what happens when I wake up shivering and blackout. So what happened?"

"There was a fight between you and Terassea and you were gonna kill her. Me and Minho had to use Code Gretie..." He whispered. I was so mad they had to use code gretie. I started crying more and he hugged me.

"I was that mad?"

"Yea, the packs here. They wanted to know what happened so I told Minho to tell them. Do you want to go down there?"

"Sure" I tried to stand but stumbled. Newt caught me and put my arm around him to help me walk down the stairs. We got to the kitchen and when Minho saw me he stood up causing the others to look at me. I look down guilty and continue my walk to the table.

"I am assuming by your faces at the preserve, I didn't get that mad when I was living here?" When they nodded I continued, "Did you tell them everything?" I ask Minho.

"Yea I was going to explain what happened at the preserve now" Minho answered

"Ok I would like to hear to considering when I go livid I blackout" I murmured

"Wait, you don't know what happened?" Mini Mcall asked confused

"No mini Mccall when I get livid my fire takes control and I blackout. My fire turns blue and if i'm to pissed they have to use Code Gr-Greite" I stammer

"Okay so basically Thomas got livid when he saw Teresa and Gally because they killed some of our frien-" Minho started but I cut him off

"Family, they killed some of our family" my eyes flashed red

"Sorry, Family. Gally was stung by a griever and tried killing Thomas so Chuck jumped in front of him. Terassa reported us to WICKED and they killed half of us." Minho explained. Every time he said Chuck Newt squeezed my hand because you could feel the heat radiating off me. I could tell everyone was nervous they would make me go off, my eyes would flash red sometimes during the story. I finally got enough and got up causing everyone to tense.

"I'm gonna go on a run," I announced while leaving.
