Hit after hit, the door still wouldn't open. John and West threw their body's against the door as they desperately tried to get it to open. John screamed as he ran down the stairs. West pried her fingers in the cracks thinking she could maybe pull the door open.

"Move." John ordered behind her.

She quickly moved against the wall as John ran up the stairs. A large chair was held in his hands. He screamed while lifting it over his head. The chair came crashing down on the door causing West to squeak in surprise. On impact the chair broke into pieces.

West backed away as John continued to pound on the door with the different broken pieces of the chair. When the chair was completely demolished he pushed passed her. Hurrying down the stairs behind him, West watched as he angrily paced the room.

Ripping off his shirt, John screamed in anger. He punched the wall before grabbing another large object. Running up the stairs, he began beating the door again.

Sitting in a chair, Wests hands fisted her hair. Realization was setting in that they were trapped. Her hands shook as her breathing became uneven. She tried to control her breathing, but Johns screaming made her stress even more.

"We're trapped." She whispered. "Oh my god we're stuck here."

Her eyes began to sting as tears rose to the surface. Holding them down, she tried taking deep breath's. Loud footsteps came down the stairs as Murphy ran to grab another object to throw at the door.

"John stop." Wests voice shook. The boy didn't stop as he grabbed a vase.

"Murphy stop it!" West screamed as she stood up. "Just stop! We're stuck in here and there's nothing we can do right now! So stop!"

Wests eyes glazed over as she yelled. Taking a shaky breath, she looked into his eyes. Wiping her own, she spoke.

"It may take time, but we'll get out of here eventually." She slowly said. "We just need to keep our heads."

West fell back onto her chair. Her elbows rested on her knees and her head fell to her hands. She heard Murphy sigh before he too fell into a chair. Looking up, West waited for John to speak.

"What if we don't get out?" He asked.

"I don't know," She admitted. "But if we go crazy and kill each other or ourselves we won't ever know if those doors will open. They've opened once, who's to say they won't open again?"

"How are you so positive?"

"If I wasn't I'd probably be dead by now."

"What do we do now then?" John asked.

"Get something to eat." West announced as just stood from her chair.

Using items around her to keep her steady, West jumped to the kitchen. John walked slowly behind her until she sat at the counter. Grabbing two packs of crackers, she slid one in front of John before opening her own.

"So, you did like Emori didn't you?" West started a conversation to get their minds off what had just happened.

"You won't shut up about this until I tell you huh?" John groaned.

West nodded as she took a bite of her cracker. John sighed while reaching for the bottle of liquor on the table. He took a drink then spoke.

"Yeah I sort of did." He admitted making West smirk.

"I knew it."

"Ok well everyone could tell you liked Jasper."

West burst out laughing. She almost fell from her chair from her belly laugh.
