"My love, if you want to heal, lower your stress levels. Learn to love again. Love nature and sunshine, love laughter and good times. Love those who love you and be at peace with others. Love moving with joy and allowing your heart to guide you. See with your heart and listen with your eyes as much as with your ears. Love yourself too, because then you will have the serenity to help others, to be the calmness they need to co-regulate from. Remember that solitude is a form of personal peace, yet it is one without frontiers - remain open even when alone."

- Yours truly, Adrien;)

Marinette smiled as she read the note over and over again. It had become a daily routine, Adrien leaving her notes on the fridge every single day before he left for his morning runs. They had started living together again. It was easier for Marinette, as the bakery still gave her the creeps when she remembered how she had seen it from the eyes of another, and moving in with Marinette gave Adrien the feeling of love and recognition he deserved.

Of course, this didn't exactly change all her previous memories into happy ones. She was still scarred, still healing. She still remembered the awful pain and anguish she had felt those years ago, the negativity that blossomed in her since then.

No doubt Adrien was also plagued by these ideals. She heard him whimper in his sleep, groaning when he didn't think she was looking. She made sure to shower him in extra love those days.

She was so grateful for the support that Adrien had given her. He never left her when things got rough, or when her mood swings got so bad she smashed flower pots and china plates. Instead, he helped her get better. She truly owed him her life.

To be continued...
