Jimin lets out a little soft hum as he balls up his fists, rubbing them into his eyes. They lift open and he blinks, acquainting himself with the soft tone of yellow draping the walls of his and Jeongguk's bedroom. And speaking of said male, he rolls onto his side, admiring the slumbering state of the brunette.
He tucks Jeongguk's hair behind his ear, in awe while watching his wedding band glisten in the sunlight. He smiles contentedly, running his thumb along his husband's cheekbone. Jimin inspects every inch of his natural complexion, simply falling deeper in love each second.
"Morning, baby," Jeongguk greets with his husky morning voice, eyes still closed.
"Morning, handsome," Jimin replies, pinching the man's cheek playfully.
Jeongguk's eyes open and he pouts. "I told you to stop squishing my cheeks," he reminds.
Jimin's is about to speak up in rebuttal as soon as another small figure comes flying into the bedroom, cannon balling on both men.
"Ji-Hyun," the blond groans, staring at his little boy with a playful glare.
Ji-Hyun pouts, the action uncannily resembling Jeongguk's. The small boy slots himself beneath the covers, between both of his dads. All that's seen is his eyes and a tuft of black hair.
"You can only squeeze my cheeks," he mutters petulantly and yet his sweet voice is swaddled by the blanket, muffled.
"Oh, is that so? What would you do if I pinched daddy's cheek again?" Jimin tests, looking into Jeongguk's eyes while the latter simply observes silently with an impossible amount of fondness in his eyes.
Ji-Hyun sits up, creating a cross with his arms. Jimin chuckles and so does Jeongguk. The little boy yelps in surprise as he definitely isn't prepared to be tackled down onto the bed by the policeman.
Jeongguk begins to tickle his little boy, nuzzling into his neck. Jimin takes his turn, watching with moon shaped eyes as both of his worlds play around on the bed. And yet he's also taken by surprise as he's forced down onto the bed as well, both him and Ji-Hyun getting tickled.
The bedroom erupts into chorousing laughter as it typically does each morning. The tickle attack ends with Jeongguk taking a pillow to the side of the head. He pretends the action is fatal and clutches his heart, falling onto his back.
Ji-Hyun begins to panic and kneels his small body next to Jeongguk's, shaking his shoulders. There's a moment of true panic before he's pulled right into the brunette's arms and hugged to death.
"You scared me!" Ji-Hyun whines with tears building in his eyes.
Jimin can't help but to giggle and neither can Jeongguk. "You're okay, Hyunnie. Daddy was only playing. Did you brush your teeth?" the blond asks, ruffling his son's hair.
Ji-Hyun shakes his head with guilt, playing with Jeongguk's fingers shamefully.
Jimin coos. "Go brush your teeth and I'll cook you up some breakfast, okay, little one?" he asks softly.
Ji-Hyun suddenly beams at the mention of food and an ecstatic squeal leaves his little body. He crawls off of the bed and nearly trips over his own feet as he scurries out of their bedroom to brush his teeth.
"That little guy has way too much energy," Jeongguk states while throwing his legs over the bed.
Jimin giggles. "He keeps us on our feet, that's for sure," he agrees, quickly leaning over to press a kiss to his husband's nape before he stands from the bed completely.
Jeongguk melts softly, smiling. "What's for breakfast, baby?" the policeman inquires while rising from the bed.
"Hm... how about french toast?" the blond suggests, following Jeongguk into their bathroom.
