— Thank God!
Eda takes a deep breath as she is relieved another day of classes is over. She had Melo with her and soon Ceren entered her eyesight, coming to their direction.
— So? How was your day, kızlar?
— Not so bad after all – Eda says, realizing it was indeed not bad, and smiles – And I got another chance to re-do my presentation!
— Ah that's so great, Dada!
— But why are you so smiley, Cerencim? – Eda asks, teasing her.
— Nothing – Ceren smiles and starts to walk to the parking lot, pretending to act normal.
— Aha! You can't fool us! Spill, Ceren! – Eda points at her so suddenly the blonde girl flinches. Oops, she'd been caught.
— Tamam... you know that boy from my Civil Rights Class?
— Ferit? – now it was Melo's turn to say, with a naughty smile.
— Evet... he invited me to study together at the cafeteria tomorrow. – she says, head over heels.
The other two girls give little screams of excitement.
— See? I told you he was into you too! – Eda touches her friend's arm with her elbow.
— Eee.. ama.... he just invited me cause he talked to the teacher. He's having trouble with the subject. – her smile fade.
— Cerencim, you never realized the way he looks at you when you pass by him at the corridors? – Melo asked – He is so into you! – she looks at Eda, both giving a smug smile.
— Nah... – Ceren was not confident at all.
— Evet, he even turns his neck like this – and Melo imitates him – Allah Allah I swear he almost broke his neck the other day, Ceren!
The girls laugh at their friend's comical expressions and Eda's phone buzz with a message. As the girls were still distracted with the subject, a confused Eda stops halfway the parking lot.

Message from Zeki
Eda, they found us

Ne? What that meant? She replied back, asking context but Zeki was not replying. Was he in trouble? Who found them? The girls noticed Eda was not following them and walked back to her.
— Edacim? – Ceren touches her arm, worried – Are you alright?
— Dada? You're pale. – Melo holds her, afraid she'll faint.
— Hayır, I mean... girls I need to go home now. Can we go?
— Tamam, tamam! – Ceren rushes them and they hurry to the car – Will you tell us what's going on?
— Not now, lütfen.
The two girls were still confused and suspicious at this odd reaction of their friend, but decided to not comment anything. As Ceren drove as fast as possible, Eda was unsuccessfully trying to contact Zeki again.

Eda got inside her house in a rush yelling for Yiğit. The brother left his room, scared, to find a nervous Eda in the living room.
— Abla? What happened?
— Yi... do you have Mert's number?
— Mert? My friend Mert?
— Evet.
— Yes, I have it. Why you need it? – he says, pulling his phone out of his pocket and looking through his contact list.
— I... I need to ask him something I just remembered about – she came up with the first excuse she thought of, not strong enough.
— Ne? Since when you talk to Mert?
— At that party we went, me and Mert chatted about a project he was working on for his Architecture class and today I've seen something in class that reminded me of it. And I needed to ask. – she exhaled.
She was proud of herself for making up such convincing excuse. She was thankful she actually got to know Mert, besides getting Zeki's number.
— Is this the reason you're almost passing out? You look nervous, dare I say... scared.
— Ne? Where'd you take this from? I'm fine. – she strengthens her posture, desperately trying to look chill.
Yiğit is still looking at her suspiciously, but gives her the number regardless. She walks to the little terrace they had in the house so she can get more privacy when calling him. She knew Yiğit hadn't believed her story for a second, and she hoped he'd either let it go and forget about it or not ask anything.
— Ha, hello, Mert!
— Hello. Who's this?
— Ah that's Eda, Yiğit's brother. Sorry, he gave me the number but it's urgent.
— Ah tamam, hello Eda. What's up?
— Did you get in touch with Zeki today?
— Zeki? Yok... why?
— He sent me a weird message, and now I'm worried. Do you have any way in checking up on him or another phone number?
— I think I have. Look, I'll hang up and call you back in a few, tamam?
— Tamam, Teşekkürler!
— No problem, should I call you on this number?
— Evet evet!
They hang up and Eda tries once again ring on Zeki's number, unsuccessfully. She messages him again. Still nothing. She gets back inside to find Yiğit getting a glass of water in the kitchen, looking at her with that suspicious look again. He walks towards her, take her arm and make her sit on the couch with him.
— Ablacim?
— Ne?
— Will you tell me what's really happening?
He perceives his sister is hesitant, and scared. Which makes him scared. Was she in trouble? What was she hiding? But maybe it was nothing serious, so she decided to not say anything just yet.
