Makoto's POV
I woke up to see Laurent laying next to me. It was... 10 in the morning!? How could I sleep so much, I must have collapsed cause of my fatigue and the pain. Laurent was next to me, sleeping peacefully and holding my hand. I snuggled closer to him and wrapped my arms around his waist. He then opened his eyes and I pretended to sleep. He ran his fingers through my hair and kissed my cheek. I opened my eyes and kissed him on the lips, he looked surprised but he was smiling.
Laurent's POV
I still couldn't believe the one i loved for years was finally confessing to me, I was really happy but I was also mad at myself for letting him get hurt. I swear I won't let anything happen to him and and anyone who ever hurts him will pay for it.
"Baby"
He hugged me tighter and whispered.
"Yeah..?"
"Can I check on your cut? I won't hurt you I promise"
"Sure" he said and he got up.
Makoto's POV
Laurent tried to take off the bandage a little so that he could see the cut.
"Oh, my." He said. He sounded worried, was it that bad?
"What...?"
"The bleeding stoppd a little since yesterday but it looks really deep, I think we should go to a doctor. I know one here in the town, I'll phone him and we will visit him at some point."
He put the bandage back on, it hurt a little.
"Ow.."
"I'm sorry..."
"It's okay, it's not your fault after all..."
He held me for a while and when he let go, he laid me on the bed again and started stroking my hair.
"Hey, stay there for a while and I'll phone the doctor and bring you breakfast, you must be hungry"
Breakfast in bed, how sweet.I smiled and nodded.
He covered me with the blanket and walked to the kitchen.

Laurent's POV
I took my phone and called the number as I was walking to the kitchen. He answered.
"Bonjour, Edward."
"Laurent, c'est toi? Ah, ça fait longtemps!"
("Laurent is that you? Long time no see!")
"Oui. Je suis revenu. Je resterai là, pendant quelquetemps."
("Yes, I'm back. I'll stay here for some time."
"Ah, trés bon. Tes partenairs sont avec toi?"
(Oh, very well. Your partners are with you?"
Oui, mais, on a un... petit probléme."
(Yes, but.. we have a smol problem.")
I explained the situation and we planned to meet at 12. I walked in to Makoto, gave him the food and asked him if it was okay at this time. He nodded and when he finished his breakfast he got up and got dressed. Suddenly the doorbell rung. It was Abby and Cynthia.
"Good morn- oh, what happened to you, Edamame?"
"Its, fine, i just slipped on the floor."
I sighed.
"Its not fine, and you're saying this because of the painkillers. When te effect drains off, you'll hurt like hell like yesterday so you have to be careful"
"Cmon babe, I know, I'll be careful okay?"
He kissed my cheek and Abby and Cynthia just stood there looking at us surprised.
Makoto's POV
Wait, you guys are together?"
I nodded. "Yes, we are ."
I looked at Abby.
"Who'll you call virgin now, huh, Abigail?" I said with a smirk.
"Tch. Shut up bItCh."
I laughed.
"Alright Edamame, we're taking a taxi and going to the doctor okay?"
I nodded and followed Laurent to the door.
