"Oh dear, what foul language Miss (y/n)!" Sebastian scolded lightly, dismay evident on his face.

"whoops-" I shrugged my shoulders and strutted over to a kneeled over Ciel with his butler kneeled next to him. He held his elbow with an irritated look in his eye. I knelt down to his level and lent him a hand.

"You alright there? Someone hit your funny bone or something?" his eye traveled to my hand, which he reluctantly took with a sigh. "Yes I'm fine, thank you." I nodded and turned to everyone else.

"So...what did I miss?" I looked around the room in question, foils seen laid out on the black and white patterned floor seemed to answer it.

"My body moved on my own when I thought the prince was going to lose...my deepest apologies...!" Agni frantically tried to ease the situation with an apology. Prince Soma who was behind him clapped his hands,

"Ahaha! You have protected a master like me really well! I praise you Agni!" He hung his arm around his butler with a cheerful expression.

"In other words, I won!" Soma cheered gleefully.

I internally sighed in disbelief at the prince's idiocy.

Ciel with a somewhat angry look glared daggers towards the prince.

"Oya oya~" I turned my head to hear a sigh behind me,

"Geez, I didn't even see ya there Lau! how are you?" I asked with a small smile.

"Oh I'm doing fine~" He waved a foil around, gesturing to Sebastian. "Here, you should take reprisal to your master" He threw the foil which Sebastian caught midair.

I sat down in a chair next to Lau and watched the scene unfold in front of me.

Sebastian held the foil in one hand and stood next to his master.

"Indeed it's because you were being mean to a novice who didn't know the rules...however when the master is injured like this..." He raised his chin, sending a challenging glare towards Agni.

"As a butler of the Phantomhive family, I can't ignore this."

"We're also 10 minutes behind schedule" I chimed in with a smile.

Sebastian's glance flickered towards me.

Ciel let out an annoyed sigh and sat down beside Lau and I.

Prince Soma brought a finger to his lips, smirking. He seemed almost eager to see this go down.

"Interesting...I shall allow this duel to happen then!" He turned to his faithful butler. "Agni! In the name of Kali the goddess, you can't lose!" He exhilarated loudly.

Ciel held a dark expression before commanding his butler as well,

"Sebastian this is an order...Silence that brat!"

"you guys are really loud you know that?" I sighed feeling callous.

Both butlers followed their master's orders before lunging towards each other with their foils. They both matched each other's perspectives whilst fighting. Each move almost synchronized, both narrowingly missing each other by inches, but for a split second, both Sebastian and Agni seemed to aim directly in the middle of each other's foreheads but they quickly retreated by leaning backwards.

I leaned my head next to Ciels, "Why is every move they do so...elegant?" I whispered, wishing not to interrupt or disrupt the ongoing fight.

He shrugged his shoulders, "I'm surprised the other butler is putting up with Sebastian..." He watched the two fight curiously, he seemed almost nervous, possibly thinking Sebastian might lose.

"Don't be so doubtful of Sebastian, he'll be fine." I winked, patting his shoulder. He sat back in the chair, a reassuring expression on his face.

After what seemed like forever, the two butlers struck at each other, both of their foils perfectly hitting each other's points before the pressure caused both to snap. They soon descended, clunking onto the floor.

It was silent for a moment, that is till I started clapping.

"That was great! Good job guys!" I smiled.

I turned to see Ciel and the rest in shock at what just happened.

"Oh my, it seems the swords are broken..." Sebastian stated with an innocent smile. I walked over to the broken foils on the floor and picked them up.

"I guess this means it's a draw!" I added. I walked over to Sebastian handing him the broken pieces. He gratefully took them, sending a subtle thank you wink.

"I'm impressed! Agni is the strongest fighter in my city! Ciel's butler, seeing that you are so skilled we shall stop for today!" He cheerfully smiled, placing his hands on his hips.

Sebastian bowed with a hand on his chest, "It is my honor"

Soma walked away and Agni soon came into view.

"Mr. Sebastian! Thank you for exchanging blows with me!" He clasped his hands together with a sweet smile.

"I feel the same" Sebastian replied curtly.

Agni looked over to Ciel, "Earl Ciel I'm sorry for earlier, does it still hurt...?" Agni looked worried that he had hurt Ciel, regretful even.

"No, it doesn't..."  He replied.

"That's good." Agni sent us all humble smiles before retreating to his master.

After he left I turned to the two.

"So... that was fun right?"

"Yes, it was, although I'm surprised by the outcome," Sebastian stated.

"That butler, what exactly is he? Don't tell me he is...' that kind ' again..." He referred to the grim reaper we encountered almost a month ago, his eye narrowed towards Agni for a moment before relocating to Sebastian and I.

"Don't worry, he's a human." I replied, "Plus even if he wasn't... I'm sure Sebastian could still handle him"

"Oh good-" Ciel let out a relief of air.

"However...he possesses abilities that we do not have I presume," Sebastian said.

"yep sounds about right, now what?" I looked up at him curiously.

"well, it's about time I start preparing for the day, mind coming along?" He smirked down at me.

"of course! I've got nothing else to do anyway"

After dressing Ciel for the day and changing our clothing we both headed down to the kitchen. I walked along beside him down a small corridor.

"Hey, Sebastian?"

"Yes?" He anchored his attention to me.

"Are you upset that you didn't win?" I asked with an innocent smile.

He cocked a brow in surprise letting out a hefty chuckle.

"Of course not."

-Ah another chapter, sorry it was a bit boring. I promise to add a bit more fluff between Sebastian and the reader in the future ;D Thanks for reading!-
