Camhanaich (n.) Early morning twilight.

Fell woke up peacefully, eyes turning towards the window, which was glowing from the early morning. He sat up and stretched while looking around the rather large room. As his eyes trailed across the room he noticed Rem and Lanie were awake and Star was clinging onto him. Him, Rem, Lanie, and Star decided to stay together as they felt like family.

The others must've had the mutual mentality as they all seemed to be paired with people who were like family or significant others, however some just paired with each other at random. That way, their chance of being killed lessened. Fell racked his brain, trying to remember who was with who.

He could feel the odd weight of Lanie's eyes on him, but that tension was soon interrupted by a cry. A distant cry. A shout for help.  He felt the weight of Lanie's eyes leave as she headed towards the shout, leaving Fell to his own thoughts.

——

Cali stumbled in first, forward into the room. Once she had been able to catch balance with herself, she realized something.

Someone, Sol, was bent over the corpse of the person known as Lem.

Lem, or Lem's corpse at least, was not gashed, or wounded in any way. It just had white foam leaking out of its mouth, distinctively.

Anna turned around to face the group with a paper in her hand, which she had taken from the desk near them.

"It's another note. Want me to read it aloud?" Anna asks as she stands up.

The people who are gathered there all look at each other nervously for the answer. Did they really want to hear a dead person's note again?

A few people entered and they too looked at the others for answers. Everyone who was entering or had been there was stuck on what to do. Another body, another note. Nothing was making sense.

"Yeah sure." A voice rang out. Sol's voice.

Sol had been standing there for pretty much the whole time, watching everything happen. Sol seemed relatively calm but everyone knew they were terrified on the inside. Everyone was.

"Alright." Anna simply replies and clears her throat, beginning to read out the note.
