Chapter Seven

Emily's POV:

*time skip to Emily meeting up with Peter and Ned*

"Hey guys!" i said when i saw Pete and Ned.

"Hey Emily how are you?" Ned asked.

"I'm good thanks how are you?"

"I'm good."

"Pete? you ok? you haven't said anything.."

"uhh y-yeah i'm okay i-i guess.." he stuttered.

Petey why are you stuttering again?

"Okaaaay...." i replied.

"Oh yeah Pete i forgot to give you this earlier.."
I handed him the skateboard.

"You're actually giving me a skateboard? Thanks!"

"I said yesterday i was gonna give you one so you can't throw a temper tantrum about me ditching you!" i joked.

"i do not!" i whined, proving the point.

"you sure?" i asked, laughing. Ned laughing too.

"Shut up you two" he sulked.

"alright. Pete meet me after school where we were yesterday okay?"

"yeah sure."

I headed to my first class of the day.

I hated my classes today. None of them were with Peter.. or Betty.. or Ned. It was gonna be a long day..

*time skip bc ain't nobody got time for dat*

After school i waited for Peter where we met yesterday. I hadn't planned what to say exactly. I was gonna tell him i heard what he said yesterday when we were watching star wars. But i didn't know how exactly.

After a few minutes a saw Pete walking out of the main doors.

"Hey Pete how we're your lessons today?"

"They were good. How were yours?"

"Alright i guess.." i said.

I hadn't noticed but my hands were shaking. Probably because of what i was about to say.

"Emzie you okay? Your hands are shaking.." Peter said, grabbing my hands to stop them shaking.

"Uh.. yeah i'm okay! I-i have something to say to you.."

Oh god. I wasn't prepared to say this yet. Well i guess i have to tell him now. Here we go...
