Annabeth stood in front of the mirror, frowning. "It just doesn't speak to me!" She sighed. The wedding dress was beautiful but it just wasn't her. Hazel and Piper walked in front of her. "It looks beautiful though!" Said Piper.

"It doesn't belong on me, I need something different." Annabeth sighed. Hazel walked back to the front desk, but the sales lady wasn't there. "Miss?" She called. "She isn't here." Hazel reported to the others.

Suddenly a flash of light shown at the desk. "Hello Annabeth, Piper, and Hazel called a melodious voice. "Nooooo mom GET OUT." Groaned Piper. "Now Piper, let me do my work." Aphrodite laughed. "I heard about the proposal and thought it would be perfect to help with the preparing!" She flicked her hand and blinding white light surrounded Annabeth.

When the light disappeared a beautiful white dress was in its place. It had intricate lines curving and swirling as they glimmered up the side of the dress. The waist was ringed by shimmering beads.

The dress looked like magic, it was perfect for Annabeth. Next Aphrodite addressed the girls. The light now circled them. When it disappeared light red dresses with a sparkle design at the waist appeared on both Piper and Hazel.

"It's perfect," whispered Annabeth, "Thank you, Aphrodite. Aphrodite smiled then disappeared in a flash of light. "I'm getting tired of this new trick." Groaned Piper, "That flash of light is just too much."

Hazel, Piper, and Annabeth walked out of the bridal shop with smiles on their faces. Annabeth looked at the gleaming pearl ring on her finger. The intricate gold wrapping around her finger with beautiful diamonds lining the edges. Annabeth smiled, this could not be more perfect. But what she didn't know was how it could all go wrong.
