Sophie's POV

Everything was hunky dory. It was my turn to watch Carter while everyone else went to get something to eat from the store next door to the hospital. When I saw everyone I meaneveryone. The rest of The Wanted was there not to mention Jay's family (Who I actually liked better than him. But he knocked up my friend what do you expect). I was reading pieces of a 17 magazine to Carter. I often did that when we were wasting time at Wal*Mart. I was just about to read to her about Zayn from 1D's tattoos when all the sudden her EKG machine made a long sustained beep. Shit that is not a good sound. I ran to the door screaming for a nurse. Several came one with a crash cart and another with a doctor. I was ushered strongly out of the room by a butch nurse who made me wait in the hallway. If I wasn't so distressed I would give her a piece of my mind. Oh shit Jay. I whipped out my phone and sent off a quick text to the babbling bumbling buffoon. He better get his ass here stat! I was suddenly surrounded by everyone who went to get food. They were all wondering what the hell happened to Carter. If only I knew.

Jay's POV

"Jay tell me what's wrong." Nathan begged me. I couldn't speak. I couldn't even think straight. Carter had crashed and I wasn't even there with her.

"We need to get back to the hospital." I said rushing to stand up and go put on a shirt. Nathan followed me to the door still clueless about what the hell was going on. When we got to the hospital something even more shocking happened. Sophie ran right into Nathan's arms. I gave him a what-the-hell look and he just looked back at me with a I-don't-know-man look.

"Eleanor what's going on?" I asked my little sister since she was the first person I saw.

"She flat lined Jay. They said they really couldn't do anything until they got the babies out so they took her to the OR. She's going into surgery Jay." Eleanor cried into my shoulder. I was a bit surprised considering that she has only met Carter a handful of times within the amount of time that she has been here.

"Do you know where she is?" I asked looking at the vast amount of people standing in the hallway that was by her now vacant room.

"There is this window on the next floor that over looks the OR. I noticed it when Kaitlyn was born and we had the C-section." Luke said gesturing for me to follow him. It didn't take long before we made it to the window. I noticed that some of the group had followed us. Eleanor was right. Down in the middle of the room on the operation table was Carter. The first thing I noticed was thankfully they got her heart beating again.

While the doctor was getting ready he spotted me at the window and smiled. He then went over to Carter to start the surgery. Our baby boys were about to be born.

Within a few more minutes a cry was heard throughout the room. The doctor turned to me holding up a little baby boy in his arms. Dysen. He then handed him off to a nurse to get him cleaned up. The doctor, who later I found out was named Will, turned back to Carter and went back to work. In a matter of minutes another cry was heard and the doctor turned to show off another little baby boy. Declan. The doctor once again handed the baby off to a nurse to go and clean him off. The doctor turned to me again and smiled once more. I started to smile back, but it was wiped off my face when Carter started to crash again.

"NO!" I yelled slamming my hands against the glass.

Carter's POV

I was walking around a green wooden area. It felt like a dream. I could hear some giggles coming from behind a tree that had a swing tied to one of the lower branches. I ventured over to it to figure out who else was here with me. Appearing from behind the tree were two little boys about the age of five with brown hair and blue eyes. They looked just like a mini version of Jay.

"Mommy come play with us" They giggled as they ran off towards a pile of dirt to play. I looked at them in shock. Surely they could not be Dysen and Declan.

"They're gonna need their mom." a voice sad from behind me. I turned around to see who was behind me and was shocked to see who it was. It was older brother who died of a car accident right before I came over to England for school.

"Joel!" I yelled and wrapped him up in a hug. I had missed him so much.

"Hey little sis." He said tightening the hug.

"So those are my boys?" I asked taking another glance at the two little boys.

"Yeah they are." He smiled at me.

"So J.J." I started calling him by his nickname "Where are we. Like what is this place?" I asked wanting to know what was going on.

"This is where you decide." His voice turned monotone.

"Decide what?" I asked puzzled.

"Whether you come with me or go back to be with them and Jay." He explained.

"And what if I choose to go with you?" I asked. After he died I missed him terribly. I'm ashamed to admit this but he was my favorite brother.

"Then you leave Jay and your boys behind forever. You leave Dysen and Declan without a mother. You leave Sophie without her best friend. And finally you leave all the people that love you behind and you will never be able to see them again." He clarified.

"And if I go back." I asked.

"You will live a healthy normal life like you were meant to." He shrugged his shoulder.

"Ok I think I made my decision."
