"What do you want for dinner?" I asked Kirsten and Blair as I stood in front of the stocked fridge.
"I'm kind of craving frozen pizza." Kirsten spoke up.
"That sounds so good. Is there frozen pizza?" Blair asked.
"Cheese and veggie." I said, holding them up.
"Both!" They cheered and I laughed.
I put the pizzas in the oven and began to make a salad to go along with our nutritious meal.
"So what do you think the first date will be?" Kirsten asked and I shrugged, popping a cherry tomatoe into my mouth.
"No idea." Blair said.
"More importantly, what is our plan for this evening?" I asked, leaning on the island.
"You two really aren't concerned at all about Niall?" She asked, confused.
"I'm just here to meet people and have an adventure. Mom's orders." I joked.
"Yeah, plus we're pretty young. I'm not in this for love." Blair laughed and I nodded.
"I just think it would be so much fun to fall in love on television!" Kirsten said, her eyes far away.
"Well lets just live for the moment Casanova." I laughed, finishing the salad and taking the pizzas out of the oven.
"Grab some plates and waters." I said, carrying the food up to Brynn and mine's room.
We all sat on the floor between the two beds and in front of the large television.
"Okay what are the movie options?" I asked, rubbing my hands together and grabbing a piece of veggie pizza.
Kirsten ran to her room to grab movies while Blair and I pulled out our own stash.
"You have The Proposal?" I asked, grabbing the movie from Blair's pile.
"Yeah, do you like that one?" She asked.
"I love this movie!" I laughed.
Kirsten walked in with her bucket and I showed her the movie in my hands.
"Okay, I don't care what we watch, but this is going on at some point." I said, tossing it onto the shelf under the television with the DVD player.
With half the cheese pizza gone, we decided on The Proposal first, followed by Something Borrowed.
"I still think Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds would be a great couple." Blair sighed, watching them kiss at the welcome home party.
"No, him and Blake are perfection." I argued and she sighed.
"Can't he just have them both?" She asked and we laughed.
"I loved Blake and Nate from Gossip Girl." Kirsten said.
"Yes!" I yelled, pointing my piece of pizza at her.
We continued to watch the movie in silence, until I noticed how quiet it was in the house.
"Is it quiet?" I asked, pausing the movie.
"Actually, it is. Especially for a house full of fifteen girls." Blair said.
"Time to find them!" I announced, standing up in a mock superhero pose.
I led my troops into the hall and glanced into the room next to us.
Olivia, one of the girls who lived in the room, was laying in her bed reading a book.
"Hey!" She looked up and smiled at my greeting.
"Hi! You're Mae right?" She asked and I nodded.
"This is Kirsten and Blair." I nodded at the two heads peeking around the doorframe behind me.
"Do you want to come watch The Proposal?" I asked and she jumped up, clearly excited to have something to do.
"Is anyone else up here?" I asked and she shrugged.
We found five more girls in their rooms who wanted to come watch the movie, and two more joined us when they finished dinner. Which rounded out to eleven girls laying all over my and Blair's room.
"Where are the other four?" Nicholle, another girl, asked.
"No clue." I said, tossing popcorn in the air and catching it in my mouth.
"I bet they're too cool for this." Someone said.
The other four were Cameron, Gemma, Lexi, and Hannah. Gemma was the Barbie look alike Blair dodged the night before.
"You know what I have..." Faith, a really pretty girl with dark hair, spoke up.
"What?" I asked, biting a chip.
"A One Direction movie." She said, her eyes flashing wickedly.
"Oh yes! Get it!" Everyone started yelling at once and she laughed out loud as she ran for her DVD.
Later that night, or more accurately very early the next morning, Blair and I finished cleaning up our room and climbed into bed.
"That was really fun." She said with a happy sigh.
"Yeah it was." I said, rolling around to get comfortable.
"I love how its a house full of really nice girls. It takes away some tension, you know?" She said.
"Yeah, it was like a big giant sleepover tonight." I laughed.
"And that's what it will be like every night." Blair said with a yawn before falling asleep.
I rolled onto my side and pulled the blankets up to my chin. Tonight was alot of fun, but it would be foolish to not keep in mind that at the end of this competition their will be one person standing and emotions will be running wild.
I just hope that when push comes to shove, I make decisions that I can be proud of.
And that is the last thought I had before falling asleep.
