"You ready to make it official?" My realtor asked as I sat across from her.

Today was the day I signed my leases and contracts for my shop and I couldn't be happier.

"Yes" I smiled wide as she slid me a pen.

I read the last page and fine print before signing the paper making her cheer.

"Yay, you did it" Jonai nudged me making me laugh as I danced in my chair.

I'm definitely going out tonight.

"So now that everything's done, what's next?" I asked her.

"Well now you go visit your shop, buy your furniture, and stack up so you can pay the rent" she told me making me chuckle.

"Let's go we gotta see your creation" Jonai smiled at me making me nod.

I said my byes to my realtor as I grabbed my purse and everything before walking out.

I answered Carmen FaceTime call as I made it to my car and got inside.

"So?" I seen her smile as I put on my seatbelt.

I bit my lip before smiling and speaking "I got it" I yelled.

"Yasssss, my bitch owns a business" she yelled almost busting my eardrums.

"We going out tonight, bout to fuck some shit up" she hyped making me laugh as I pulled out the parking lot.

"As long as you know" I danced in my seat as she laughed.

I smiled in awe as I looked at the outside of my shop, it was beautiful. The workers were still working on it but so far so good.

I know that the shop isn't fully furnished yet but I have Jonai ordering the furniture and helping me package things so I can load up the shop.

"After you" Jonai smiled as she held the door for me.

I walked inside the shop and smiled as I looked at the entrance.
