Chapter 12 - Skips and kisses

I know some of y'all are going to be happy with this chapter. It's a cute one. :P

Liam's POV:
"Syd you go." I say, placing down a blue 8 on the uno pile.

"Ugh...Li, I have no blues or 8's. You're making me draw AGAIN!" She complains.

"Just draw love." I laugh. She huffs, and draws 6 cards from the pile.

"Finally, a blue card!" she exhales, putting down a blue 3 on the pile. I laugh to myself. Oh Sydney....

We play for a little while longer when I reach one card and scream, "UNO!" Syd has like 10 cards still.

"You...you...ugh...LIAM!!!" I laugh again. She really hates me doesn't she.

She plays another card but, little to her knowledge, she played the card I needed her to play to win the game. After she places her card, I put mine down and then smile at her. She looks at me, with a slightly gaping mouth.

"How?" she exhales. I shrug and she gently throws her pile of cards down, making them go everywhere on the bed. "You won again Li. Good game." she rolls her eyes and lays down on the bed behind her, staring at the ceiling. I giggle some and then crawl over to where she is and flop down next to her.

"At least you are not like Lou when we play, when he loses, he gets all mad and starts throwing cards around everywhere like a madman." I smile, looking up at the ceiling above us, remembering how Lou would get so pissed whenever I or other lads won in UNO.

**FLASHBACK**
We were casually sitting at the table on tour bus going from Denver to Salt Lake City and Louis and I decided to play a quick round of UNO. We were playing happily when Niall decided to join us and watch while eating his THIRD bowl of cereal. Dang, that lad ate a lot. We were going back in forth throwing '+4' and 'skips' and laughing about it. It was a good time.

After about an hour of playing, I have finally reached two cards. Louis laid down a red 3 and I had a red +4. I smiled evilly at Louis.

"Now what Payno?" Louis looks at me. "Got something good to play?"

Niall giggles from his spot and I play my card. Louis stares at the pile. "UNO!" I say, smirking.

"Oh fuck you Payno!" he screams and grabs four cards from the deck. Niall lost it, and is now laughing extremely hard, choking on his cereal in the process. I start to laugh as well. Louis glares and just flips me off, like usual. I continue to laugh while Niall keeps coughing, due to the cereal choking attack.

"What's so funny?" Zayn questions entering the main room.

"This." Niall points to me and Louis and our 'intense' game of UNO, as he countinues to cough every so often.

"Oh, I see." he sees my one card and Louis' 15 cards. "You got yourself in a bad spot Lou. You good?" Zayn laughs.

"Go away Zayn." Louis huffs and Zayn just laughs and sits next to a choking Niall to watch us finish our game.

"You good mate?" Zayn asks Niall, while patting his back.

"Yeah." Niall pauses and coughs. "Just don't eat and laugh at the same time." He smiles at Zayn.

"Yeah. Don't do that Niall. Don't want you to die on us." Zayn laughs, smiling widely at Niall.

After about 7 minutes, because Louis made me draw a couple cards, I reached UNO again. Louis has only 11 cards now. He just huffs and plays a card that guarantees my win. I place my card down and smile at Louis. "I win Tommo." Louis throws his cards across the bus and storms off to his bunk.
