You shoved your hand to the arm area of the jacket. Your jogging pants were slightly loose, desperately clinging onto your hips. You ignored how you looked and began to clean the store. This wasn't a fashion show anyway.

You did your usual job: Checking the customer's order, assisting them by the cashier, answering their queries, tapping their orders by the machine— you name it.

2 hours have already passed when the familiar bell hanging by the door echoed through the interior of the convenience store, revealing that a customer just came it. The bright sunlight illuminated her figure, her familiar silhouette appeared on the floor— a female voice that sounded extremely familiar rang in your ears. By instinct, you immediately stood up from your counter seat and took a glance in her direction.

You then saw Mikaela with Shirabu, Tendou, Goshiki, and a familiar guy.

"Y/N!" Mikaela immediately skipped towards your direction, "They decided to take a break here for a while, would that be okay?"

"Of course. It's okay. This is a convenience store after all." You flashed a soft smiled then met with her eyes. Mika chuckled let out a giggle before giving you a thumbs up.

"Y/N! We meet again!" Tendou's jolly energy never failed to surprise you. He jumped straightly in front of you with his familiar knowing and friendly smile. Moreover, Shirabu, Goshiki, and the other guy followed from behind; they flashed a bright smile at you.

"We have a new guy with us today," Tendou started and pulled the familiar ash-blonde guy from behind with a mischievous smile,

"I'm Semi Eita. Nice to meet you." He displayed a genuine smile while looking directly at your eyes.

"L/N Y/N, nice to meet you too." You gently smiled back as well to him before bowing slightly to show respect. "Why don't you all take a seat?" You pointed to the empty table in the convenience. It was a small space but enough for all these people.

"Excuse me, Y/N? Are there stocks of the energy drinks now?" You heard a soft yet deep voice calling your name. You looked up from your phone and met his gaze— it was Semi. "Yes! Let me get them— Oh, wait. That means they're not cold yet." You sighed upon realization. Your frown tainting your slightly smiling face.

"Hm is that so? I will just get them when we leave," Semi scratched his nape with a smile, his eyes disappeared as he did so.

Cutie you thought, "Idiot no." You unconsciously uttered. Your eyebrows met in surprise upon realizing what you had just said.

"What?" He smiled gently and raised his eyebrow at you. He didn't look upset, it was like, he was teasing you.

"What? O-oh, s-sorry. I suddenly remembered I f-forgot to put all the energy drinks in the refrigerator that's why they're not cold yet and yes you may get them later. Sorry senpai." You over explained as panic rose from your feet again. Your cheeks turned slightly red from embarrassment.

"Senpai? No that's fine call me Semi instead!" He looked away with a blush on his cheeks. He was embarrassed about the fact you literally just called him senpai.

You slowly nodded with a baffled expression. "Are you okay?" He followed right after he recovered from embarrassment.

"What do you mean? I'm fine," You slowly nodded your head and looked up to him again with a confused expression.

"Is that so? You look like you've been daydreaming since we came here." He chuckled softly as he slightly pointed his finger at you.

"Really?" Your eyes widened a bit,

"I'm fine. Thank you senp– I mean Semi-san." You chuckled and scratched your head with a reassuring tone.

"It's almost time senpais!" Goshiki stood up from his seat, feeling motivated yet again. His tone displayed determination and once more. "Oops," Tendou giggled, his mouth shaped like an o as he did.

"Y/N! We gotta go!" With his loud voice, you knew who he was, Tendou of course. You immediately grabbed the cold energy drink from the refrigerator and handed it to Semi. The brief contact of your hands together with his cold hands sent an electric feeling to your whole nervous system. You shivered. "Are you okay?" He mumbled, concern was evident in his voice.

You chuckled nervously yet again, your cheeks turned red once more. You instantly let go of the drink when he took it, "You literally asked me that a while ago."

"Who knows? Your mood might change any minute now." He declared so casually. You looked away upon remembering the person you had a conversation with yesterday. "I'm fine." You gave him a reassuring smile with a subtle nod.

"Semi semi! we gotta go!" Tendou's voice echoed from behind, pulled by the arm towards him.

"Aren't you going with them, Mika?"

"I'm staying until you finish. I'm going to help you too. I know you're tired Y/N." Mikaela smiled and gave you another thumbs up.

You smiled back at her and nodded, acknowledging her words, "Thank you, Mika, but I can manage. Just rest."

"It's okay. I'll stay." She insisted. You exhaled an exhausted sigh and walked towards the counter until your shift was done.
