Now I will inform you about my Oc and by the way drawing doesn't belong to me. I just liked the drawing and wanted to make him my main Evil character.

Appearance: He has purple eyes and blue-black hair. His casual clothes are black trousers, Black jacket and he always keep the same necklace. He always carry an umbrella with him.
Personality: He is is still a little kid in himself. He acts like a child.
Other informations: He has a tragic past.(I will tell it on chapters.) Because of that he became evil. He is always joyful because of that everyone thinks he is harmless. His angry self is really scary. He is actually so dangerous.
Abilities: He is strong. He can control people and mutants like they are puppets. Some people and mutants call him puppet user. He can control the weather. He always keeps the same necklace and umbrella because it keeps him not to loose control. They has some memories in them.
———He is actually a scared little child in himself but he is not sure about himself either. He is lost little child.
