"How are ya feeling?" Trevor asked.
"I feel a little better." I said.
"Well, I have a suprise for you." Trevor said.
"Okay?" I said suspiciously.
"You can come in." Trevor called out the door.
I screamed and started crying when I saw who came in through the door.
"Hey Mackenzie." Marie said.
"Oh my god! I've missed you soooo much." I cried.
She came over and gave me a hug.
"I'll leave so you guys can have privacy." Trevor said.
"He's a lucky guy." Marie said.
"And I'm one lucky girl." I said.
"I have missed you so much." Marie said.
"Hows your family?" I asked.
"Good. We haven't found my uncles killer though." Marie said sadly.
"It's okay. You will find the killer soon." I said.
"Ya."
"So, what do you wanna do?" I asked.
"Well, I'm about to leave. So let's catch up." Marie said.
"Ok. One thing though. How did Trevor find you?" I asked.
"Ok, so you can go through old records for apple products, and they found out who owned your IPod before you me dad crushed it." Marie said. "So Trevor called me, told me where you were, and now I'm here."
"Awesome. He is literally the best." I said.
"Ya. Well my mom is here. Here's my number. Text me so we can hang out soon." Marie said.
I gave her a hug and she walked downstairs. I got out of bed and walked down the stairs.
"Woah, why are you out of bed?" Camryn said when she saw me.
"I'm fine now." I said.
"Hey, why are you out of bed?" Trevor asked.
"Oh my god, I'm fine now." I said. "And I need to talk to you."
Trevor followed me down to the basement.
"Thank you." I said.
"For what?"
"For bringing Marie here! She is my best freind, and I haven't seen her since we were 8. So that means a lot to me."
"Oh your welcome."
I gave him a kiss and walked back upstairs.
"Dude, have you seen Camryn and Sam?" Kian asked.
"They are probably making out intensely right now." I said, grabbing an Arizona out of the fridge.
"Right. What time is it?" Kian asked.
"5 pm."
"Ok."
