A.j's pov
As we were walking we saw a walker. I went up to it and stabbed it in the back of the head. "Good job baby" Whisper said trying to rock Sarah to sleep. Carl was holding Judy and everyone else was just walking. Then all of a sudden I heard a chopper in the distance! I looked all around and saw it in the sky not that far away. "HAY, HAY WE'RE HERE HELP WE HAVE BABY'S AND KIDS PLEASE HELP!!!!!!" I yelled at the top of my lungs. It started coming our way and landed. "Are any of y'all bitten? I need to know what right now" he said firmly. "No. No none of us are bitten" I said. "Well then....I bet y'all will be happy to hear that we found a cure and everything will be ok. So for right now I'm gonna take you guys to our camp until we spread the cure" he said guiding us into the chopper.
Clem's pov
I watched as they got into the chopper....it was finally over. They were finally free. I watched them for a few more months and...they were finally happy. After the cure was out all the walkers turned back into people. A.j and his group stayed together and moved into this big house. I was watching A.j get ready for school. "So....you like school?" I asked. "Ya it's really fun it's kinda hard but it's fun" he explained. I nodded in understanding. "So I was thinking.....maybe since the apocalypse is over I could say goodbye and move on. My work is done. I've done my duty as a gardein angel you know?" I said sitting down next to him. He nodded his head and said "if you want to go then go ahead and move on." "Are you sure?" I asked looking at him. He nodded his head. I bent down and gave him a hug. "I'll miss you" he said. "Hay this isn't goodbye. We will see each other again" I said. He nodded his head and waved goodbye. He left for school and I was alone in his room. "I'm ready Lee....I'm ready to go" I said. I felt a big hand on my shoulder and turned around. He was standing right there. He picked me up and said "everyone is waiting for you. Rebecca is very happy about how you raised A.j."
We arrived at the gates and I was feeling really nerves. I think Lee could tell cause he put his hand on my shoulder and said "don't worry sweet pea it'll be ok." I nodded my head a little more calm. We went in and everyone that I had ever lost came running over to me and dog piled on top of me. I was laughing like crazy. When we all stood up I saw Sam. I instantly looked at my arm but there wasn't a scar there anymore. I looked up at them and raised an eye brow. "You are perfect when you enter Heaven" Lee said smiling at me. "Oh" I said. I looked at Sam again and bent down to his level. "I'm so sorry Sam" I said with tears riming my eyes. He got so close to my face. I had to fight the urge not to flinch away. "It's not your fault Clementine...I was starving and I went crazy. If anything you did me a favor" he said putting his paw on my shoulder. "Clementine!?" A voice said. I looked up and my mom and dad. It had been so long since I'd seen them last. I ran over to them and hugged both of them. I jumped into my mom's arms forgetting how big I was. She held me like she always used to. She started humming my favorite song and I was so happy.
