I turned over in bed towards the window in my bedroom. Jack wasnt there like he usually is.
"youve been sleeping long
enough" i heard foot steps"wake up!" Jack pulled back the curtains to reveal the harsh sun, i groaned.
"Someone's hungover.." jack said stroking my head.
"Im not hungover...i can just feel light." I mumbled into the pillow.
"Ah well we have things to do today so get up!"
"Ugh why"
"Were meeting matt at Starbucks and we gotta pick up rian and Zack."
"For?"
"Band stuff!" He yelled in annoyance "we have to practice..". I sluggishly got up from my bed and headed towards the shower.
Vic.
"Vicky mouse!" Kellin called me from the shower.
"What!"
"We gotta go to jack and Alex's band thingy tomorrow" my heart dropped..
"What band thingy.."
"Its kinda like a battle of the bands. Everyones gonna be there for support."
"...im going to go pick up lyric.." With that i ran out of there.
Kellin
After i got out of the shower and got dressed, i walked down stairs to see my little fifteen year old sister, who i held in my arms when she was born! Taking a tounge down her throat by a boy that didnt give a damn that she was only fifteen.
I was about to yell and scream and cuss..but that dosent work.
"GUYS!" I got their attention. They quickly sat up and looked scared.
"Come on..i gotta take you home." I said calmly before grabbing the keys to my car.
Vic.
I rushed to Alex's house hoping jack wasnt there. I pulled into the drive way and ran up to the front door and knocking aggressively.
After a few seconds a kid answered the door, i assumed it was Alex's little brother frankie.
"Um is al--"
"My dad isnt here but he told me to tell you not to cut too low this time and you'll get paid when you finish." He grinned almost closing the door.
"Look im not a fucking landscaper or whatever"
" i thought you were the guy who usually dose it son or somthing...you look like it"
I rised one eyebrow.
"Yes its because you're Hispanic looking.." he finished.
I decided to ignore the ignorant ass comment this brat just said to me. "Is Alex here or not?" He shook his head no, he said he went to meet with his manager or somthing. I asked him where, he said at decoded, a bar that figures local bands. I thanked him and got back in the car.
Kellin.
"Vic didn't stop by?"i asked mother. She shook her head no and continued to rock lyric to sleep. "He said he was coming to pick lyric up.." i was curious, why would vic lie?
"Welp im telling you i havent seen him.." she replied " how was dallas's kaylie?" Mother asked her. She looked nervously at me replying she had fun.
I went into the kitchen where mom was. "Hi mommy!" I gleamed. "Hi sweetheart " she chuckled. "Whatcha doin" i said hopping up on one of the bar stools.
"Baking cookies"
"Why?"
"..i don't know" she took a deep breath " remember when you where little and you wanted a pokemon themed party so we stayed up all night making pokemon themed cookies?"
I laughed at the memory "yeah". We went on about special moments and memories.
Vic.
I was leaning against a pole in the corner of this dim bar watching Alex's band play for two guys sitting infront of them.
Alex gets so into the music, almost like hes somewhere else. Hes got something hypnotic about him, hes pulling me in. "That was great guys!" One of the men said getting up, he was fat and bald. "Ill see you friday night!"
"Really?!" Alex said in excitement. The bald man nodded then asked to talk to the other guy which im guessing is thier manager.
Now was my chance, after the two guys left the room i walked towards Alex who was on stage talking to his other band mates.
"Hey guys.." jack was the first to notice me "hey vic, what are you doing here?" He asked, i looked at alex who looked like he was gonna vomit. "I was looking for Alex..his brother told me you'd be here. You guys sound great by the way." I shrugged. Jack smiled and thanked me before continuing the conversation he was having. I looked at Alex who was still staring at me and nodded towards the bathroom. He got the hint and walked into the mens room with me following.
No one was in the restroom cause the place was close, i made sure i locked the door anyway.
"Alex.." i turned to him.
"Vic let me go first, what happened last night was my fault and im sorry, i feel horrible for doing this to jack and kellin..and lyric. But kissing you just felt so good, it was such a rush and i loved it." Alex moved closer to me. He looked like he was debating somthing. "And..i've always had some what of a crush on you vic. I mean you're sweet and sexy as hell, now theres a piece of me tells me i shouldn't leave everytime i see your face because everytime you around you take my breath away." I didnt know what to say, i was shocked.
"W-what about jack?"
"Me and jack have our problems, everyone thinks we have this perfect relationship and that we'd be together forever, its not the same anymore. I love him, God knows i do, hes just different now, theres a distance. Besides its an innocent crush right?"
"I don't know what i want.i hate this! When i caught myself i should of stop myself but i didn't , i should of never thought of you like that, i just dont know what i want.." I was on the verge of tears. "..but i know its not you..i know in my heart its not you..this should have never happend. What we did last night was wrong." I felt so weak.
"You're right.. oh my god.. what did i do." The look on alexs face was pure shock and hurt, it just hit him what he..we did.
"We need to tell them.." i choked out my throat was soar from holding back tears. Alex agreed.
It was silent between us until a loud pounding soud was coming from the door..
"ALEX OPEN THE FUCKING DOOR!"
"thats jack.."
