Chapter 5 - Good For You

Sally sat back down after trying the door for 5 whole minutes and ignoring what I told her about lock down mode.

She grumbled something but I heard her so I flicked her off and blew a raspberry.

She gasped in shock and huffed. I snickered.

Then I felt a pair of arms wrap around me softly.

I look up and saw Shadow CRYING! SHADOW THE HEDGEHOG WAS CRYING.

The everybody else except Sonic and Sally came over and joined the big ole group hug now.

It felt so good to have SOME of them back. Sonic and Sally don't count.

I hug them all back. I forgive them now. "Guys... I'm sorry for leaving you without notice." I explained.

"But I got real emotionally and mentally ill and I needed to fix myself before I lost control. If I didn't leave, I could've possibly hurt you." I continued.

They all looked at me in shock. "Amy... We are sorry! It's your fault we made you like that and it wasn't right. We are sorry." Tails explained.

I smiled warmly. Tears started forming in my eyes. I began to cry. I hug everybody individually and spoke to them like we were all family again and their was no more beef.

I talked to Cream the most. I haven't seen her ever since. She was the most hurt by my sudden disappearance.

She explained to me that Sonic and Sally wanted to call me officially dead but the team or her didn't take the news to be exactly true.

She told she even got more excited when she found out about my famous career and that I'm making big time money here, in San Diego.

The whole team has been watching and listening to my music and music videos is what she told me and has been supporting me all the way.

And she also told me that she was the one who sent that creepy comment that made me go uneasy.

I just laughed at that because Cream has never been creepy like that.

Never.

Soon, we were all on the topic of if I'm going home or not.

I really wanted to go home, but I also want to stay with Averie.

After all, Averie is my sister and I can't just leave like that. I need her and she needs me.

"Guys... I don't know if I wanna exactly go. This has been my home for years or ever since I left Mobius. I can't just leave like that!" I explained sadly.

The whole team lost their hopes until Tails came up with an idea.

"Hey! How about we move here! I can build us a new head quarters here! And Amy can still be with us and work with the team! How does that sound!?" He asked the team.

For some reason, Shadow and Silver looked uneasy. "What's wrong y'all?" I asked while looking at Shadow and Silver, who was whispering something into each other's ears.

"We can't just stay. You know Mobius is the most targeted city in the world. We can't just leave Mobius!" Shadow exclaimed.

"Oh, so we using a play on words now... Are we?" I said with a funny face.

Shadow laughed a little. "You do have a point though. One of the gang members might have to st-"

"NO!" Everybody except Sally and Sonic yelled.

"Well, how about we figure something out and... OH MY GOD! I GOT A GREAT IDEA!" Tails said.

"What?" Silver asked, excitedly to know Tails' idea.
