Chapter 6 - I'm Outta Here

I got a notification on my custom fit bit, saying lock down mode will deactivate in 20 minutes.

"Amy..." A voice called out to me. "Yeah?" I replied and saw Sonic standing in front of me.

"Can I talk to you alone?" He said. I nodded.

We went over to the kitchen where nobody else was and talked.

"Do you actually like Shadow?" Sonic asked me. My jaw dropped. I was speechless. I don't know why I wasn't able to answer that question.

"I can't a- answer that question." I said quickly. Sonic raised an eyebrow. "Why not?"

Why he all up in my business, he doesn't need to know!

"I said I'm not answering that question. Do you have hearing loss or something!?" I said with a fiesty tone.

"No, but Rouge is crying because she found out that you and Shadow was doing the dirty and she has a crush on Shadow!" Sonic whisper-yelled so the whole world couldn't hear us.

"I'm sorry if I didn't know." I said in a childish, mimicking voice.

"You're so rude." Sonic said.

"And you're so inconsiderate!" I snap back.

He glared at me and walked off. I signed and grabbed me some Hot Cheetos and went off to my room, but before I went, I told the gang a few things.

"Listen, I'm going to my room to soak in for a bit... If y'all are quiet and don't ruin my house, y'all might be able to stay over but if you cross paths with me and my anger, you're a dead chicken. Got it?"

The whole team nodded and continued to talk about whatever they talking about.

I went to my room and got out my diary.

Dear diary,
Sonic and his little team actually found me! Can you believe it! I wasn't expecting them to find me, just hencing the fact that I don't share my location on google or share any other personal info like that... But wow! Tails has become taller, Cream is actually getting thicker and more bad a**, I saw Shadow cry for the first time, Silver is same old Silver- either goofy or super serious, Blaze is... Somewhat different. She just changed a slight bit in color and her voice is deeper. Mmm... Knuckles seems the same. Rouge is the same flirt she is. Sally is even more brattier than before, but that's no surprise. Sonic, he's... Weird. It's like he likes me one second, and then he doesn't the next? I am confused when it comes to him but whatever. Welp, I got to go Diary. See you soon! Hugs and Kisses!

I was about to close my diary but Sonic barged into my room. I close my diary in shock really fast and Sonic looked at me and smirks.

"IF YOU DO THAT AGAIN, I WILL- you know what... Never mind. Can I help you, sir?" I said in annoyance.

Sonic put his hands up in surrender. "I was just about to ask you something, that's all." I roll my eyes.

"What is it?" I said quickly, losing my patience.

"Well um... I wanted to know if me and the team can attend your concert on Friday? If it's ok... With you?" He asked me nervously with her index fingers pointed towards each other.

"Of course! I was planning on giving you guys free, VIP passes to the back stage and you guys are also getting front row seats." I said with a small smile.

Sonic's face lightened up. "REALLY! Thank you so much! I appreciate it!" He said and walked out of my room.

"Ha, complete weirdo." I chuckled and shook my head in amusement. And that's exactly what I mean by my relationship with Sonic is weird. It's kinda on and off.
