Gloves was awakened by the sunlight filtering into his room and hitting his face. Somewhat annoyed he sat up, stretching.
He got up and quickly got ready, showering in the process. Gloves then drank his morning coffee. His coffee was always light, probably because of the lack of actual coffee, there was. Instead, it was replaced with 60% of the glass full with creamer. Despite the fact that Gloves' "sugar coffee'' was more candy-like, he started feeling more awake. He pulled out his phone and started texting Emperor.
The time on his phone showed, 10:00 am.
He must be awake, I'm sure, Gloves thought. After about 10 minutes of waiting, he decided that Emperor was still asleep.
Feeling a little bummed, he sat on a chair next to the kitchen counter and started playing mindless games on his phone.

N-Pacer picked a hair tie off of her dresser and walked up to her mirror. She tied her tentacles up, grabbing one and wrapping it around her bun.
The yellow inkling then grabbed the mascara from her drawer and made two perfect "cat-eyes" on her eyelids.
She tried to smile in the mirror, being greeted with a half crooked smirk more than anything. Sighing, she returned to her normal expression and headed for her bedroom door.
N-Pacer, dressed and ready for the day, walked down the hallway. She felt somewhat awkward like something wasn't normal around her. Her senses were in alarm, detecting anything that could have been wrong.
She checked downstairs, in the kitchen, bathrooms, dining room, and finally headed back up the stairs. She was sure now that nobody broke in but that feeling wasn't there for nothing.
N-Pacer started walking down the hallway that included Emperor's and Prince's bedrooms. Curious, she knocked on Prince's door. She would check on Emperor after.

Emperor warily opened his eyes. He had some kind of feeling in his mouth, not really explainable, just weird. He started to stretch his arms out, being greeted by something or someone blocking him.
He turned to see Eging sleeping next to him. Terrified as much as confused, Emperor stumbled out of bed, waking Eging in the process.
Eging slowly opened his eyes and after realizing what was happening, sat straight up, scrambling to find an excuse.
"Eging, why were you in my bed!!" Emperor got straight to the point.
"I... I um," Eging fumbled.
"What did you do?! Why?!!" Emperor snapped.
"N-Nothing!"
N-Pacer swung the door open, with Prince right behind her.
"What's going on!?" she asked.
"Ask Eging," Emperor growled. "Because I'd like to know too."
N-Pacer, Prince, and Emperor stared at Eging, wanting an answer.
"I..." Eging trailed off.
"You what!?" Emperor yelled.
"I just came in..."
"When?"
"Last night...."
"Why?"
"I wanted to... see you."
"To 'see me'?" Emperor repeated. "YOU SEE ME ALL THE TIME!"
"Eging, why did you really come in?" N-Pacer asked calmly, folding her arms.
