Marinette's POV
Sh*t. That is the only thing I'm thinking right now. They were not supposed to know. It is not their problem to worry about, it's mine. "Marinette, my little rocker, why did you not tell us you are being bullied?! So un-rock-and-roll!" Uncle Jagged exclaimed, in an angry tone. Penny and the others, (excluding Maman and Papa) nodded in agreement. As much as I love Uncle Jagged, Auntie Penny, and the others, they tend to...overreact. I sigh. I guess it's time I told them.
" Uncle Jagged, Auntie Penny, guys, I know you are all angry, but I didn't want you to be involved in some unnecessary Lycee (high school) drama. Let me start at the beginning. It all started with a liar named Lila Rossi. Lila came to Paris when I was 12 years old.
She started lying about you guys, saying that you, Uncle Jagged, wrote a song about her when saved your kitten, you Cousin Clara, stole her dance moves, you Auntie Audrey, how she worked with you for designs, and how she is Ladybug's 'supposedly' best friend.
I called her out on these lies because she was spreading false information, which could destroy your careers and ruin your reputations. Plus, we all know that Uncle Jagged is allergic to cats, Clara Nightingale is a solo singer, and Auntie Audrey looks for talent and works with others with exceptional talent, including me.
She then followed me to the bathroom and threatened me, saying that she will turn all my friends against me and Adrien will be her boyfriend. I laughed, thinking that they would stick beside me, but I was wrong. She turned many of the people I trusted against me. They bullied me. They harassed me. They abused me. They assaulted me. Adrien told me to take the high road, so basically he watches me getting beaten up, tripped, pushed, and abused but does nothing. After they finished with that, he comes up to me and says, 'You should have just taken the high road.'
Recently, he has been pestering and demanding me to go on a date with him. I always say no." I finished. By the time I finished, they could barely control themselves from murdering Lie-la Rossi, A**hole A**greste, and their sheep.
" That's it, enough of this rubbish!! I'll see to it that they'll be punished!!" hissed Clara. "Ridiculous! Utterly ridiculous!! They hurt my favorite fashion designer" snarled Auntie Audrey.
" So not rock-and-roll!!" Jagged exclaimed.
" This is unacceptable!" raged Penny.
" I am quite angered. Kagami thinks of you as a little sister and always speaks very highly of you, Marinette. They hurt someone I now see as family," Spat out Tomoe.
"But that's only part of the reason we are here, darling," said Audrey.
" Marinette, we know about the field-trip to Gotham. We were planning to let you live there, in a splendid high tech safe mansion. Would you like to go?" asked Auntie Penny.
I gasped. " Auntie Penny, I truly am honored, really. But won't the mansion be expensive? You shouldn't waste your time on me," I said.
"Nonsense, darling! My dear Chloe and the others told us about the bullying situation. You deserve much better. Besides, isn't Gotham your hometown?" Audrey asked.
I wanted to shout at Chloe, Alya, Kagami, and the others. Great, they told them. Seriously?
Although I know I can't blame them. Their miraculous side-effects are also probably part of the reason they did it. The Dragon's side-effects are pretty different than others.
Kagami still goes by the name 'Ryuuko' thanks to Marinette. Kagami now likes to eat more meat and spicy food. When it is cold, she will heat up a little. She is now more ambitious, energetic, and a good leader. She can get a little bossy. When pissed off, she's more arrogant, relentless, and elusive. She can also pass a little bit of good luck. She has smooth development. She is wiser, stronger, and has hidden knowledge. She can somewhat control the elements when she's not in her costume. She now also has somewhat control of the Earth element. She can shape-shift into any dragon of her choosing. She can summon wings with and without the costume. (Descendants, anyone?) When in superhero form, she has full control over the elements, given by me. She can now use the Elements 20 times total before de-transforming.
Luka still goes by the name 'Viperion' thanks to Marinette. He likes to eat more meat. He prefers his meat a little raw, not enough to be noticed, or to make a big difference. He is calm but very dangerous when angered or protective. He is more sophisticated. His moves are more smooth as to not cause suspicion. He is responsible and now has a greater leadership. He is much more enthusiastic. When you gain his admiration and deep trust like Nino, he will always be loyal to you. When he's not in his costume, he can somewhat distract and control living beings and use second chance once every 15 minutes. He can shape-shift into any snake of his choosing. When he's in superhero form, he can use Second Chance as many times as he desires and to any time of trouble for others, in the span of 20 minutes before de-transforming, but he must not use these powers for himself.
I sighed. " Gotham is my hometown and I miss it. it is the last place I have seen my honorary brother, Jason. I miss him. And you guys are sponsoring me, so I will go. Thank you, everyone. I am forever in debt to you," I said, shedding tears of happiness.
" It's okay dear. Now please, do pack your bags." I nodded and went upstairs to pack my bags. I feel so happy like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
