'OMG OMG OMG OMG!!! It's the original Boy Wonder!! Squeeeee!!! Oh, but now he goes by the alias Nightwing. meh' "Hello Monsieur Nightwing, I am Marinette," I introduce myself to him.
"Hello Miss Marinette, that was very impressive. But why are you out here in the night? It's very dangerous," He says, concerned.
I frowned. "I am here on a trip to Gotham with my class, but they left me behind," I explained.
He raised an eyebrow. "What about the teacher? Wouldn't they be on track and alert about their students?" He questions.
I still frown."My teacher is nothing like that. Since I'm the class president, she pushes all her work on me and tells me to be a good example. At this point, I'm more of a teacher's assistant than of a class president," I mutter.
By now he has an angry expression on his face. "Well then, Miss Marinette, how about I escort you back to the Wayne hotel, I assume? It's much too dangerous to go out alone, especially at night," I smile gratefully.
"Thank you, Monsieur Nightwing," He nodded in acknowledgment.
I smile. Nightwing had just dropped me off at my hotel room. The door opened, snapping me out of my thoughts. Chloe and Alya barged in. "Gurl/Maribug!" They exclaimed, tackling me to the ground.
I laughed "Wow, guys chill, I'm okay," I reassured them.
" We're so sorry, gurl," Alya apologized.
Chloe joined in. "Yeah Maribug we tried to tell the teacher, except for Alya and Nino because they needed to keep their cover, that you were left behind but she didn't listen. Then Lila said she felt dizzy and needed to go to the hotel immediately," Chloe said angrily.
"I am most disappointed in the teacher, great guardian" Pollen buzzed. (Ha!! Get it? 'Buzzed'? I know I'm not funny. Okay, I'll leave now.)
"Yeah Kit, the teacher isn't taking her responsibility seriously," Trixx complained.
"Curse that teacher!" harrumphed Tikki.
"How can she even be called a teacher if she doesn't even teach and Marinette does all the work?" Plagg snorted.
"Chill, guys it's behind us now," I said, trying to calm them down. "Anyway, what are you doing here, Alya? Won't you get caught by Liar?" I asked.
Alya beamed. "You, Chloe, and I are sharing a room, thanks to the pairing," she said excitedly.
I smiled. "Finally! Some time with 2 of my besties I haven't hung out with for a while," I said, trying to lighten the mood. We changed into our PJ's...
