"Go, Gyarados and Oddish!"Misty says and Gyarados immediately starts to lick Misty while Misty laughs saying stop it while Oddish is hopping up and down happily."I guess your Pokémon are a bit, affectionate."Her opponent, a boy with black hair wearing a red and black short sleeved jacket says."Yeah, I guess this is how James feels."Misty says pushing Gyarados off and getting her two Pokémon ready for battle."Go, Sandslash and Poliwhirl!"The boy says releasing his Pokémon but sandslash is light blue in color."Now that that both coordinators, Nick and Misty have released their Pokémon, let the battle begin!"The announcer says.(Misty's mind.)"I think that may be a regional form!And if I remember Marowak changed from a ground type, to a Fire and ghost type it can be anything!Might wanna check it's typing."Misty thinks to herself taking out her Pokédex quickly searching up Sandlash, sees it's a ice and steel type and prepares for battle.

"Oddish, use Magical Leaf on Poliwhirl, Gyarados use Twister on Sandslash!"Misty says and the to Pokémon send their attacks at the other Pokémon."Poliwhirl, use Aurora Beam on those leaves, Sandslash use Icy Wind on that twister!"Nick says and Poliwhirl freezes the leaves while Poliwhirl sends an Icy wind at the Twister making it stop along with making the twister send frost around the battlefield like Misty did."And would you look at this!Nick puts a stop to those attacks along with using Misty's strategy against her!That would lose some points."The announcer says and Misty's points go down.

"Oddish, show him he's not the only one with an idea and keep going with Magical leaf!Gyarados, use Bite on Sandslash!"Misty says and Oddish's frozen leaves glows different colors again, gets off the ground and Jabs into Poliwhirl.Gyarados then levitates quickly towards Sandslash ready to bite."And Misty comes with a come back even if Nick froze her attack!That cost nick some points to!"The announcer says and Nick's points go down making the two even."Sandslash, use Icicle Spear, Poliwhirl use Karate Chop!"Nick says and Poliwhirl runs at Oddish Karate chopping Oddish while Sandslash sends a barrage of large Icicles towards Gyarados from his spikes but Gyarados pushes through biting Sandslash."Sandslash, use Slash then go for a Icicle Crash!"Nick says and Sandslash slashes Gyarados making her let go along with curling up into a ball slamming himself into the sea surpent."And Nick gets off three attacks on the same Pokémon!But Gyarados gets off a bite attack at the same time!Now that really cost some points!"The announcer says and Misty and Nick lose points but Misty loses more."Gyarados, use Twister, then follow up with a Ice Fang!Oddish use Stun Spore!"Misty says and while Sandslash is mid-air Gyarados releases another twister sending Sandslash high in the air, then biting him with Gyarados's teeth coated in ice.Oddish then flips over Poliwhirl and releases orange powder on him making him a bit slower."And Misty gets off her attacks pulled off beautifully!This makes these two dead even!"The announcer says and Nick's points go down making the two even."Sandslash Poliwhirl, let's switch it up!Sandslash, use Metal Claw on Oddish!Poliwhirl, use Aurora Beam on Sandslash's claw!"Nick says and Sandslash's claw is coated in steel and Poliwhirl releases a multi colored beam on Sandslash's claw making the claw frozen.Sandslash then runs up to Oddish and slashes her."Oddish!"Misty says but in the dust you see a bright light and when it clears you see what seems to be a bigger Oddish with arms and a flower on her head."Oddish, you evolved!"Misty says but the happiness was short lived as the newly evolved Oddish collapses to the ground."And one of Misty's Pokémon have fainted making Nick the winner!"The announcer says and the crowd cheers.

"You almost had me there.And that evolution surprise was a shock!"Nick says."Thanks, you did pretty good yourself."Misty says returning her Pokémon."Well, good luck."Misty says walking away.

"Misty, you ok?"James asks as Misty walks into the break room."Yeah, I'm fine.That guy probably had way more experience than me and I almost had em!"Misty says."Yeah after this we might wanna practice a bit."Jessie says."Yeah, you're right."Misty says."Anyway, Jessie I think your contest is next."Ash says."Oh yeah!Thanks kid."Jessie says and runs up stairs to the battlefield."(Yawns)What did I miss."Meowth says hopping off James shoulder after sleeping."Wait you were asleep this whole time!"Misty yells loudly."What do you expect?I'm a cat Pokémon."Meowth says as Misty sighs.

Jessie wins the first battle and now she's on the second to last battle."Go, Beedrill and Fearow!"Jessie says releasing her two Pokémon."Go, Sandslash and Ponyta!"Nick says releasing his Pokémon."Now, let the battle begin!"The announcer says."Sandslash, use Night Slash on Fearow!Ponyta, use Fire spin!"Nick says and Sandslash tries to slash at Fearow but misses while Ponyta releases a vortex of flames surrounding Beedrill with embers hitting him."And Ponyta surrounds Beedrill with a Fire spin but Fearow dodges Sandslash's attack without even needing to be told!"The announcer says and both coordinators lose points."Beedrill, use Thunder Iron slam to get out and attack!Fearow, use Steel Wing!"Jessie says and Beedrill fires an electric web on Ponyta, then coats himself is steel and flies through the fire.He then tackles Ponyta with electricity and steel coated on him.Fearow then swoops down, wings coated in steel slams herself into Sandslash."And Jessie uses one of her makeshift moves just like she used in her first contest!Fearow also quickly swoops down on Sandslash with a quick and cunning Steel Wing!"The announcer says."Who knows what will happen next.Find out next week on-."A voice says as they fade away from the battle interrupted."Wait you're ending it here!What about the battle there wasn't even anything climatic!"Another voice yells."I have a life you know.Besides I'd like to see you try to keep an update schedule of around three chapters a week."The voice says."Fine."The voice says as everything fades to black.
