"The first battle will be three on three.Now, let the battle begin!"The announcer says."Go, Golbat!"Brock says releasing his newly evolved Pokémon."Go, Persian!"The other trainer says."Golbat, use Aerial Ace!"Brock says and Golbat flies at Persian quickly surrounded by streaks of white light."I don't think so!Persian, use Slash!"The other trainer says and Persian leaps into the air, and extends it's claws and they start to glow white.Golbat's wing collides with Persian's claw.Golbat tries to kick Persian but it counters with its own claw."Golbat, use Confuse ray!"Brock says and Golbat shoots a bright beam of light from his mouth making Persian lose focus and is sent to the ground."Take dat ya over grown house cat!"Meowth says from the stands."Grr!Persian, use Thunderbolt!"The trainer says and Persian shakes it's head trying to refocus and shoots a bolt of electricity at Golbat hitting.

"Golbat!You ok?"Brock ask seeing his Pokémon getting hit by a super effective move.Golbat nods his head and flies back into the air."Golbat, use Air Cutter!"Brock says and Golbat flaps his wings and releases waves of wind at Persian."Persian, dodge it and use Power Gem!"The other trainer says and Persian barely leaps out of the way but while forming the purple gems Persian accidentally explodes the Gems onto itself do to confusion."Persian!"The trainer says as Persian falls to the ground."Golbat, use Poison Fang!"Brock says and Golbat quickly flies at Persian and bites it with his fangs coated in venom.Golbat then drops Persian and you see that Persian has fainted."Persian is unable to battle!"The announcer says."You ruined my precious Persian's fur!You'll pay for that."The trainer says and returns his Pokémon."Go, Dragonair!"The trainer says releasing a blue serpent like dragon."A Dragonair!You Don't see those every day.Golbat, take a rest.Go, Onix!"Brock says and and out comes his rock and ground type snake.

"Dragonair, use Aqua Tail!"The trainer says, and Dragonairs tail is coated in water."Onix, use Iron Tail!"Brock says and Onix's tail is coated in steel.The two tails collide but Onix is pushed back."Dragonair, use Ice Beam!"The trainer says and Dragonair shoots a beam of ice at Onix."Onix, get away with dig!"Brock says and Onix quickly burrows underground narrowly dodging the attack ."Dragonair, if he wants to hide let's get em out.Dragonair, use Rain Dance!"The trainer says and Dragonair's jewel on it's neck glows.Dragonair starts twirl around in a circle and a blue orb floats in the air expanding into storm clouds that start to rain."Onix come out when I tell you!"Brock says and you feel a rumble in the ground.Rain quickly flows down Onix's tunnel."Onix, now!"Brock says and Onix shoots out of the tunnel tackling Dragonair sending it flying."How!?Onix is four times weak to water moves and that much water didn't even make him flinch!"The trainer says surprised."I've trained my rock types to be resistant to the water.And the water built up so much it could rocket Onix out ready to attack!"Brock says."If I wanted to know how I would of asked!Dragonair, use Water Pulse!"The trainer says and a sphere of water forms at Dragonair's jewel and fires it."Onix, use dragon breath!"Brock says and Onix breaths purple fire colliding with the water Pulse."You can't hold it forever!"The trainer says."Onix can hold it long enough.Onix, use Iron Tail on Water Pulse!"Brock says and Onix's tail is coated in steel.Onix swings his tail at the attack so hard it launches it right back at Dragonair."Dragonair!"The trainer says and when the dust clears you see a fainted Dragonair."Return, go Espeon."The man grumbles and out comes a pink fox like Pokémon."Onix, you in for another fight?"Brock ask and to which Onix roars meaning yes."Onix, use Rock Slide!"Brock says and white orbs float around Onix turning into large rocks flying straight for Espeon."Espeon, use Double Team!"The Trainer says and Espeon splits into multiple copies each going in different directions all being hit besides one the original."Espeon, use Psybeam!"The trainer says and Espeon fires a light blue beam with pink circles in it from it's mouth."Onix, Dodge it!"Brock says and Onix surprisingly moves out the way very quickly."Onix, use Slam!"Brock says and Onix Slams his Tail into Espeon sending it flying."Espeon use Shadow Ball!"The trainer says and Espeon fires a ball of purple and black energy at Onix making an explosion.When the dust clears you see no Onix and Espeon is looking around surprised."Where'd it go?!"The trainer ask not knowing where his opponent's Pokémon went."Now!"Brock says and Onix shoots out the ground Headbutting Espeon making it faint."Espeon is unable to battle.Brock and his Pokémon are the winner!"The announcer says and the trainer returns his Pokémon."I guess you won."The trainer says."That was a good battle."Brock says shaking his hand.The two trainers then walk away.Brock battles and gets pretty high in the tournament to the finals."This will be a battle between Cassy and Brock."Let the battle begin!"The Announcer says."Go, Houndoom!"Cassy says and out comes a dog like Pokémon with horns, a skeleton spine on it's back, a scull on it's chest and a devil's tail."A houndoom, think they're from Johto Brock says taking out his Pokédex.Houndoom, the dark Pokémon.The one that has the longest and toughest horns serves the leadership role.They will still fight amongst themselves to see who the leader should be.This Pokémon is Fire dark type."Shut up and battle already!"Cassy yells."Go, Vulpix!"Brock says and Vulpix hops to the battlefield."Houndoom, use Feint Attack!"Cassy says and Houndoom runs straight at at Vulpix seemingly just gonna tackle her but then disappears."Vulpix, use Quick Attack behind yourself!"Brock says and Vulpix turns around quickly to Headbutt Houndoom in the chest when he seemingly teleports behind her."Houndoom, use Bite!"Cassy says and Houndoom Bites Vulpix's torso and throws her."Vulpix, use Fire Spin!"Brock says and Vulpix breaths a spiraling flame at Houndoom hitting.But Houndoom glows red and embers flow out of his mouth."Ha!You just activated Houndoom's ability!This'll be easy!"Cassy says.(Brock's mind.)Shoot.Most of Vulpix's moves are Fire type moves.The only attacking move I have is Quick attack."Return Vulpix."Brock says and Vulpix runs back to Brock.
