There is a greater toxin than Heroin, meth or crack.
This toxin is power, fame and youth.
It corrupts even the most sound,
Hiding in the shadows,
Waiting to make its mark.
Waiting for its users,
Preying on the weak,
Waiting to give that special release.
Life is precious,
But this kind of drug
Is the most dangerous,
Because it's so easy to overdose.
