*Changbins POV
I don't know how long we were holding each other. But we were so afraid to let go.

Afraid that this could all be a dream and we'd wake up in our hotels, alone.

Chan was shaking. I can hear him let out quiet sobs as he holds me.

I didn't know what to say or do. So I held him. I held him as much as I could.

I finally found him. I found Chan and he found me.

"I was so scared." Chan mumbles onto my shoulder.

I pull away a bit. Wanting to see his face.

He looks at me too. Eyes downcast as he wipes away his tears.

He was really handsome. The bright moon light shining onto him.

His pale skin pretty. Brown eyes shining and glossy.

He was taller. Noticing as he stands up straightly.

"Why?" I ask.

He looks at me.

"My time was almost over. I would've failed in finding you." Chan spoke.

His voice was light and smooth. Like honey. With the slight accent seeping through.

"Well thank my busy mind for not letting me sleep." I say and point to the side of my head.

He gently grabs my head and kisses it.

"Thank you so much!" He says happily. The once broken sad voice gone.

I blush a bit at his actions. I know we are soulmates and all, but this all new to me.

"I feel so much better. Like a huge weight came off my shoulders." Chan exhales out and sits back on the bench.

I giggle and sit next to him. "Same here."

Chan smiles and holds my hand. My heart rushing as I feel how warm he is.

The moment soon getting cut short by my phone ringing.

I apologize and look for it, pulling it out and seeing Jisung calling.

"Hello?" I answer.

"Where are you?!" Jisung whisper yells on the other side

"I couldn't sleep, so I went on a walk." I respond. I look at Chan and he gives me a smile, gently squeezing my hand.

"I thought you got kidnapped. How's your time?" Jisung asks as he knows my time was running out fast.

"It's over." I answer.

Silence on the other side.

"Hello? Jisung, are you okay?" I ask.

Small cries come from the line.

"Oh hyung,, I'm so sorry." Jisung says.

I couldn't help but chuckle.

"Why the fuck are you laughing!? You just lost your soulmate!" Jisung yells.

"I didn't lose him. I found him." I laugh out.

"Couldn't have said that instead. Jeez, I was upset for nothing." Jisung mutters.

"Yeah yeah. Anyways, gotta go. See you in a bit." I say and hang up, not wanting to deal with a moody Jisung.

"So,," Chan drags.

"So,,," I do the same.

"Do you live here?" Chan asks looking at our hands.

I nod. "Well not here exactly. But in Korea. You?"

Chan shakes his head sadly. "Australia."

I felt my heart break a little. I wouldn't be able to see him as much as I thought I would.

"Oh,," I whisper out.

"But we can make it work." Chan says and looks at me.

"We are soulmates after all. I mean who else are you going to fall in love with?" Chan chuckles out.

I giggle. "You're right."

Chan smiles at me again. That smile that I came to love even after a short while of meeting.

"And maybe I can move here. I know Felix and Hyunjin would love to live here." Chan says.

"Friends?" I asked.

"Friends and roommates. Who are also soulmates." Chan answers.

I nod.

"Let's exchange phone numbers. And maybe we can hang out later today." Chan offers.

I nod and we exchange numbers.

"Let me walk you back to your hotel

"Let me walk you back to your hotel." Chan offers and gets up, pulling me along.

"Thanks." I say.

He nods and grabs my hand again. Interlocking them and we head off.

The morning was going to be our first date.
