Hey guys! So this is the new start to my second story, Bad For Me. I got the idea for this song while listening to a song called Bad For Me, by Megan and Liz. If you want to hear the song I will put it on the side! Anyways as a lot of my readers know I tried to put this up once, but the first chapter was absolutely terrible. Normally i'm not like that, but I think I wrote it late at night or something, anyways I hope you like it and leave your thoughts below! OrtonCenaRKO mad the amazing banner on the side! Thanks so much!

I sat in the back of the room watching as the teacher wrote on the chalkboard. It was a dreary Monday morning and the sky was dark. I could tell it was going to rain in a few hours. I hated the rain, it just made everything so mean and dark looking. I didn’t mind summer rain when it was warm rain on a sunny day. My hand moved rapidly as I write the notes our history teacher put on the board. To tell you the truth I hated History. I really don’t see the point in history they were all dead anyways. I listened though and wrote notes. I wanted to be a doctor someday and if I wanted to get there I would need good grades in everything.
I sighed and flipped my long hair over my shoulder. I had blond hair that I normally kept pin straight. It was long and almost to my waist. I have never died it in any way or gotten any perm done. That is what a lot of the girls at Carlton High School did. I didn’t like it. You were given a natural hair color for a reason. Why would you want to change it? My hair was a wheat color that used to be darker, but it changed as I got older. My eyes are green and I have to say I think I would look better with blue or brown eyes.
The history teacher finally stopped talking and gave us time to work on our homework. I got to work right away because if I have to hate one thing it would be doing homework at home. It just seemed like a waist of time, and I didn’t have anything else to do at school. Okay, so I really didn’t have any friends, but I really didn’t want any. It would just distract me from my future. I did have one best friend, though. Her name is Victoria, but if you call her that she will flip. Everyone call’s her Tori. Tori is one of the girl you see in movies. She has the perfect red/blond hair and blue eyes. She is head cheerleader at the school and everyone loves her.
I lifted my head up and looked around the classroom. Everyone was talking in groups and gossiping instead of working like we were supposed to be doing, but it this was how it always was.
“So, did you see the new kid?” The girl who sat next to me was giggling to the girl next to her. I didn’t know who their names were, but they were friends with Tori. Well, that really wasn’t hard to figure out everyone was friends with Tori.
“Yeah, everyone was talking about him this morning when he came out. He is hot, but it’s not like he’s going to go for anyone besides Tori. Everyone knows those two are going to be the hottest couple of the school year. Can you just imagine it? They are going to be perfect together. Tori already has her eyes locked on him. I mean it’s practically official who would reject Tori? It’s never happened before.” I sighed as I listen to the girls. They had a point; Tori never got rejected by boys. They always got lucky with her. I haven’t seen the boy yet, but obviously he was hot if everyone around me was saying him and Tori would be perfect together. Tori didn’t date ordinary boys, she just didn’t. The bell rang and I packed my stuff up, making my way out of the classroom. My locker was all the way at the end of the hallway. In the hallways of Carlton High no one moved through the hallway without a struggle. So many kids huddled in there groups In the halls and didn’t bother to move for anyone. I finally came close to my locker and what I saw was…..well I didn’t know how to explain it. The locker beside me had always been empty. Well, it wasn’t anymore. This must have been the new guy everyone was talking about. Now normally I don’t pay attention to boys, but this one was just……….well he was hot.
I shook my head and got my thoughts together. I didn’t need this right now not before semester exams. I walked quickly to my locker hoping he wouldn’t notice me. Why would he notice me? No one ever noticed me at this school, but something about this…it just seemed different today. I didn’t know what the heck was the matter with me today? I started to spin the lock to my locker, hoping my hair was hiding my face. Yep, it didn’t.
“Hello.” His voice was low and almost musical. He had a sort of accent that I couldn’t wrap my finger around, I didn’t look up as he spoke to me, but kept twisting in my combination.
“Hello.” I greeted softly, I wish he would have not heard me and walked away, but with my luck he heard me very clearly
“I’m new here, my name is Damon Rain.” His voice was smooth and if I knew what liquid chocolate sounded like I’m pretty sure it would be no match for his voice.
“Welcome to Carlton.” I muttered and took my books out of my locker for geometry. I stood up and looked at the boy who was examining me.
“Thank you. What’s your name?” He asked me, smiling brightly. I liked his smile and his eyes…..they were as dreamy as the night sky.
“Megan.” I answered, “Megan King.”
“It’s nice to meet you, Megan. What class do you have next?” He asked me, his dark eyes drawing me to him.
“Geometry,” I answered, aware of everyone staring at us. I didn’t like being the center of attention. It made me very uncomfortable, so when I realized the whole sophomore class was looking at us I blushed and put my head down. I could still feel eyes on me and it made my blush deepen.
“That’s what I have next to. Mind showing me where it is?” He asked. No, people would notice and then they would talk about it and then Tori would find out and it would be off with my head! Well, actually I didn’t know it would happen just like that because I had never been through it before, but I’ve witnessed it with other friends of Tori let’s just say it didn’t end well for the one who wasn’t Tori. I didn’t want that to happen to me. It would be humiliating!
“Oh,” I muttered “I don’t think so. I really have to get going.” I didn’t waste a second in leaving him standing in the hallway with everyone staring at me as I scurried away. I didn’t want to make Tori upset and I didn’t want to get myself distracted so I sighed with relief when I sat down at my seat in Geometry. Well I was only free of trouble for about two minutes before Tori and Damon walked into the classroom together. Tori was laughing and touching his forearm; Damon was looking around the classroom and once again his dark eyes found me. His smile widened and he ditched Tori to come towards me. He sat right in the desk next to me. Tori looked like she was going to blow her post! Oh god, I was dead.
“Megan, why did you run?” Damon asked his voice soft. I slowly looked up from my Geometry book into his eyes and flinched. Oh, dear sweet lord, Tori was going to kill me.
“I think it’s best if you don’t talk to me.” I told him before turning my back and moving to a different desk a crossed the room, Tori soon took my place, but I could help but realize that Damon’s eyes were on me the whole class period
