clarke pov: i woke up to the sound of my alarm.usually i don't wake up this early but today is the day i'm going to arkadia academy and get to reunite with my best friend octavia after many many years i was 12 when we left and now i'm 17.i grabbed my boxes and brought them to the car.i opened the trunk and put them inside.i got into the car and my mum was already waiting for me in the car.i was excited to see octavia again but not so much for her twin brother he used to burn mine and octavias barbies hed also take off the heads and return them to us ...when i was little i was terrified of him because killers do that kind of stuff but ig he's not a killer but he's still a jerk.on the other hand i was also nervous what if no one liked me or what if i ended up sharing rooms with some fake bitch who thinks people care about her opinion.before i knew it we arrived because i looked up and out the window i saw a gate with big letters at the top 'arkadia academy'.once my mums car came to a stop i unbuckled my seatbelt and grabbed my box's from the trunk.my mum and i said our goodbyes and i walked into the main room through the main doors. i talked to a lady who gave me a room key and told me what room i was in i thanked her and started heading towards the room i was supposed to be in.when i arrived i unlocked the door and put my box's on the empty bed.and i heard someone coming out of the bathroom from doing her hair i looked at her wide eyes we both squealed it was octavia!i ran to her and we hugged tightly having an epic reunion we gossiped and she told me she wanted to introduce me to her friends later but at the moment she just wanted to have just us time since we haven't seen each other in years.we hugged once again and decide to go to the mall to find stuff to decorate our dorm with.we got into her car and she started driving to the mall.i had a smile on my face this year was gonna be amazing i was sharing rooms with my best friend it was gonna be awesome.after a few hours of shopping and decorating our room we finally finished.

we both loved it. i looked at my best friend and smiled "so hows murphy i haven't spoken to him since i left?" i asked tavia about our boy best friend she looked at me and says "he's great he's dating raven " i squealed at the last part "finally !!" we both laughed. "so what about you have you found anyone?" i asked her she nodded "well it's not official but i do like lincoln hesam i call him lincoln but the boys can him sam to annoy him" i laughed "he sounds nice "i said with a smile i was happy for my best friend but i missed a lot over the past years i've been gone it makes me nervous tomorrow is the first day of school.i didn't ask about her brother because i don't care about him he was annoying he used to purposely break my barbies when i was little to annoy me so i'd always throw sand at him i mean he deserved it but i'd get in trouble so since then i haven't talked to him and i don't desire to talk to him anytime soon either.it was getting late so tavia and i decided to go to bed i got into my pajamas , turned off the lights and laid down not knowing what to expect for tomorrow morning.
