My only desire

Chapter 4

I personally have nothing against k-pop at all, I just didn't know what else to write.

I walk outside and see Chase waiting in his car. He looks over and notices me.
He smiles and gets out of his car and opens the door for me. I thank him as I climb inside of his car. He quickly runs over and gets back into the driver seat shutting the door.
"You look really pretty" Chase says as he changes the gear out of park.
"Thank you! You look okay I guess" I tease and he laughs.
I turn my head and look out the window so he couldn't see how hard I was blushing. We sat there in silence for a second before he asks, "So what kind of music do u like?"
"Anything is fine" I say.
I look back at him and can't help but admire how cute he looks. He looked so good in all black and his smile was by far the cutest thing I'd ever seen.
He started playing k-pop music and I let out a small smile before saying, "okay when I meant anything, I didn't mean... this" I say.
"What wrong with k-pop?" He asks smiling.
"Well nothing, I just don't like it"I smile. "Give me the aux cord" I say.
"Why, this music slaps"
"It really doesn't, just give me the aux cord, I'll put on something way better. Trust me" I say.
He unplugs his phone and passes it to me but before I could grab the cord he pulls it away and says "don't disappoint me".
"I would never" I sarcastically.
He then passes me the aux cord and I started playing machine gun Kelly's new album since I knew he really liked his music and so did I.
"Okay, I fuck with this" he says as I place my phone in the cup holder.
I laugh "see I told you, this way better".
"I have no comment on that" he says looking from the road to me.
After 20 minutes we finally arrived at the escape room. He quickly takes the keys out of the ignition and puts them in his pocket and walks over to my door and opens it for me.
"Thanks" I say as I get out of his car and close the door behind me.
"No problem"
We walk to the building and I open the door for him, he smiles, " thanks" he says.
I just continue to smile as he walks up to the front desk. He ended up paying for me even though I told him it was okay. I hate when people pay for me, I always feel so bad but he insisted. He was just too nice.
We ended up going to an abandoned carnival themed escape room and we had one hour to escape, I was so excited, I've always wanted to go to one of these.
As soon as the door closes behind us we start looking for clues. I immediately found a lock box and Chase started finding blank puzzle pieces.
After about 45 minutes we managed to escape.
"Yess lets gooo" Chase says excitedly as we walk out of the building back to his car.
"We killed it" he says giving me a high five.
When we got back in his car I checked the time, it was 1:15pm.
"So what do you want to do now?" He asks. "We could go get food if you want" he suggests.
"Yeah food sounds good" I say.
"Okay what are you thinking?" He asks and I shrug my shoulders. "Okay.. how about Chick-filet?"
"Sure, I've actually never been" I smile as a shocked expression surfaces on his face.
"Ok then you are in for the best fast food ever" he smiles.
"We'll see" I say as I turn my music back on.

We go order our food, Chase orders for me since he was so excited for me to try the food here. And once again he pays which I didn't like but I knew he was just being nice, so I let it go.
We didn't end up eating in the restaurant though. We went to the park and ate at a picnic table which I though was really nice.
We stayed at the park for a good two hours talking and just getting to know each other.
He was such a nice and down to earth person. I really enjoyed talking to him, I honestly felt like I'd known him for years. I'd completely forgotten how nervous I was.
I really didn't want this day to end. I was having way to much fun.
