My only desire

Chapter 5

At around 3:45 we left the park and Chase took me home. I was sad that I had to leave. I could honestly sit here talking to Chase for hours. He's so interesting and funny.
When we pulled up to Johnny's, he opened the door for me once again and I laughed a bit as I got out of the car.
"I had a really fun time, thanks for asking me to hang out" I say.
"Oh no problem, I had a lot of fun too" he smiles. "We should do this again" he says.
"Oh yeah for sure" I smile.
He gives me a side hug before getting in his car and leaving.
Holy shit did that just happen? I ask myself in disbelief.
I walk into Johnny's house and quickly take my shoes off and go sit in the living room. The house was pretty quiet so I assumed no one was home.
I sat on the couch for about an hour, watching tv and trying to process what just happened.
I mean this really cute tiktok boy that I used to watch all the time asked me out and wants to hang out again.
I couldn't help but smile, it just seemed so surreal to me. I used to watch him on tiktok thinking about how cute he was and then here I am hanging out with him.
While I was still thinking about Chase and how amazing my day was, Johnny walked in.
"Hey, how was the studio?" I ask as he takes his shoes off before walking over to me.
"It was good, we finished our first demo today and we started recording our second song for the ep" he says excitedly as he comes and sits next to me.
"That's great" I exclaim.
"Ya so how was your day?" He asks.
"It was really good, I had so much fun!" I say smiling.
"What did you guys do?"
"We went to an escape room and then went to get food and ate at a park"
"Sounds like fun"
"Ya it was and he wants to hang out again" I say in an excited tone. "But enough about me when can I hear your new song?"
"How about right now?" He asks getting up off the couch.
"Umm well I'm pretty tired so maybe later" I say sarcastically as I fall back on the couch. Johnny laughs before he grabs my arms and pulls me up.
We both walk to his room and he proceeds to turn on his computer. He opens the file and puts it at full volume.
When the song ended I was in shook, the song was really good. I always knew John was talented but he just blew me away with this song.
"Holy shit that was really good and I mean really good" I exclaim loudly as the song ends.
"Thanks" he says as he turns his computer off.
"Seriously John, it's an amazing song, I can't wait till you release it."
"I know same. We just gotta wait another 2 months."
