After Grom

The Video

Amity Pov:

That day when walking it was very windy but it didnt bother me. I took out my ponytail and ran my fingers through my hair. Then I put my hair back up in its usual hairstyle. Still walking home I took out my scroll and scrolled through Penstagram. After awhile it got boring then I finally got to my house. I opened the door slowly not trying to alarm my parents. I walked up to my room slowly then closed my bedroom door. I threw my stuff down and jumped on my bed. I sat around for a good 5 minutes then picked up my sketch book.

I started just drawing not caring what I drew. I then found myself drawing a picture of me and Luz kissing. I could tell my face went red just realizing what I just drew. I finished the drawing and colored it in. I then closed the book and put it down. I just laid there in bed staring at the ceiling. But then I heard my dad scream "AMITY BLIGHT GET DOWN HERE RIGHT NOW!!" I jumped up out of my bed in the moment running down stairs to where my dad was screaming for me from. When I got downstairs I saw my mom,dad,and Bocsha standing there staring at me. I walked to my dad saying "WHAT THE F*CK IS THIS AMITY??" shoving Bocsha's scroll in my face showing me the video of me and Luz kissing.

I stood there in complete shock,staring at the the video. I cant believe Bocsha did this,I knew she was a cold but this,this was just cold. I opened my mouth to say something but nothing came out of my mouth. "Amity. We have told you this once and we'll say it again. Stay. Away. From. That. Human!" my dad said to me while I was still frozen in shock. "But da-" but then he cut me off by saying "Blights only associate with the best,Amity.". I was about to FLIP. "But she is the best.." I muttered under my breath. But then my mother slapped me across the face "Amity! You shall not go near that human anymore it will ruin the Blight name! Especially a human girl!" I got so mad then I saw two green headed people sticking there heads out from the stair case but then I said "You guys dont get it!! You never do!! I love her!!! I will not listen to your stupid "lessons" anymore im. DONE!".

Then I ran upstairs to my room then I just started packing. I didnt know where I was going but I needed to leave. I started packing all my clothes,my school stuff,everything. Then when I was done I quietly ran out of the house with my things into the woods. I wondered of where I could go, I couldn't go to Boscha's house because this was all her fault,I couldn't go to Willows house because she probably didnt want me there. So the only place I had to go was Luz's house. So I started to walk there. But after awhile it started getting dark so I started running a bit till I got there I was about to knock but then all i heard was "oHhH iTs YoU aGaiN..!" it was Hooty. "Hooty Im not in the mood can I just please come in?!" "FiNe jEeZ...hOoT!" The door then swung open. I saw Luz sitting on the couch but then she jumped up and walked over to me. "Amity? Why are you here this late?!"

"Hey Luz...um can I stay the night?" I said to Luz. Luz started at me for a second than let me come in the house. She stared at me for a couple seconds again. The  she opened her mouth to talk but nothing came out so she just closed her mouth. Then after like a minute of silence she finally opened her mouth and spoke. "Am why are you here so late? Its freezing out!". It was true it was pretty cold out. "And of course you can stay the night follow me!". Luz then grabbed my wrist and made me follow her into her room.
