I could hear some beeping sound of machine as I tried to open my eyes. As soon as I opened my eyes the bright light hit me and sudden pain started in my head. A groan left my mouth.

"Aaru, tui uthe gechish?"( Aaru, you are awake?) A familiar voice of my kakima said. I finally opened my eyes and saw my sorrounding. I was in a hospital room. Kakima gave me a glass of water. I drank it slowly.

" When did you come kakima?" How many days have I been in the hospital? I thought to myself. I sat up with Kakima's help.

"You scared me Aaru. I thought I will lose you like your parents." I held her hands and squeezed them softly. She smiled a little. " I have informed everyone that you are awake. They will be coming soon." She kissed my forehead. Soon the doctor came in .

"Hello Miss Bhattacharya. I am your doctor, Rick Smith. So, how are you feeling?"

"Well like I have been hit by a truck. But otherwise I am fine."

He chuckled" I will run through some tests and if the reports are fine you can be discharged today itself."

"Thanks doctor." I gave him a polite smile and he went away.

"So how many days have I been here?" I asked.

"Four days and you scared us to death. I am sorry Aaru this happened to you while saving me." Sam said while coming inside the room. She touched kakima's foot first and then hugged me then.

" I am fine now. And don't blame yourself. Okay?" She nodded slowly.

Soon all my reports came and I was discharged. Although the wounds were not healed but the stitches were not that painful so I could manage. Soon we reached home where all my staff hugged me and welcomed me back. They have always been like my family. Next my uncle hugged me and kissed my forehead . I could see the fear in his eyes which he always had for me since I joined the secret forces but he always hid it well and supported me. I hugged him back.

As all of us were sitting and talking I heard the footsteps of my babies. They were running towards me. I went down on my kners and opened my arms. They came running into my arms and hugged me. It was the feeling of pure bliss . To hold your children and love them is the most beautiful feeling in the world. I hugged them tighter and kissed them on their cheeks and forehead.

"Maa, where were you?" My three year old twins asked me.

"I was just busy . But maa missed you both." I said while kissing their chubby cheeks.

"Arush , Arushi now let you maa rest okay. Now go and play with uncle Josh."  My uncle said and the twins happily ran towards their uncle but not before kissing me. I noticed uncle was a bit nervous as if he wanted to say something but was hesitating to do so.

"Is there something you wanted to say kaku?"

He looked towards kakima who gave a nod and then they both looked at me.

"Before saying anything Aaru we want you to know that we love you very much and please don't understand us wrong."

"You are scaring me kaku. Is everything alright? Are you having any problems in your buisness or in your health ? You know I can help you." I reached his hand and squeezed it.

"Everything is fine beta. It's just we are worried about you and this attack has increased our worry. Your sister is getting married and then you will be left alone. I know you will say that you have your friends and your children but still you need to have a partner who will always be there for you in every situation ." He finally looked straight in my eyes.

I stood up," What do you want me to do?" I knew their answer but I was hoping it would not be.

"We want you to get married Aaru." This time kakima said with very soft voice as if she was afraid I would get angry.

"You know I can't. I have promised to avenge my parent's death and before that I don't want to get married." I said.

"We are afraid for you. We don't want to lose you. You have done everything to avenge you parent's death but we cannot let you put your life at risk for everyone of us. We want you to be happy, to be safe. So we want you to get married before Simran ."

" And how do you expect me to find a man so fast?" I asked.

"Well ,there is a man and he is the son of my buisness associate and the good thing is he is from New York so you can continue working here. Please just meet him for our sake." They had such hope in their eyes which I could not away. They have been by family since my parents died and I can't refuse their request.

I sighed," Fine. I will meet the guy but I can't assure you that I will agree for the marriage. Please don't force me to."

They both hugged me and said," We won't force you anymore sweetheart." They kissed my forehead.

"I am going to rest." Isaid and went to my room. As soon as I layed on my bed all the coversations started floating in my  head.

How am I going to agree to marry someone whom I don't even know. Well I have a chance to refuse but I know but I can't delay it much and so I have to find a way out of it and that too fast. But first, I have to put an end to Marcus Russell. I can't let him harm my family anymore. And I know who can help me.

I picked my phone and called the one person whom I can trust with any of my personal problem.

"Hello jaan. Did you missed me?" A warm voice said from the other side which always comforted me.

A smile spread across my face. "Yes I did. You never called after you went for your work."

"Aww, did my fiance missed me?" He said in a child like voice. I could imagine his teasing smile .

I laughed hard," fake fiance ,honey. You are not lucky enough to have me as your wife."

"You hurt me, love." He fake cried . After some time he stopped ,"Ok, now tell me why did you called?"

"I need your help and soon."
