It Was Always You

Noona's POV

"SURPRISE!"

I jumped backwards a bit, being caught by Taehyung who was laughing. In shock I looked over a sea of my closest friends, before my eyes finally landed on Yoongi. His grin was so happily wide, it made me smile back just as big.

"What?" I asked, still unsure of what was going on.

"Happy Birthday!" Jimin yelled running over to me and pulling me from Taehyung's grasp.

As he hugged me, Yoongi leaned against the couch, his expression now utter accomplishment making me narrow my eyes just a bit.

"Thank you." I said to Jimin, hugging him back. I refocused on the fact that all these people were smiling at me, and turned my attention away from my boyfriend. "Thank you everyone, I...don't know what to say."

Jimin let me go from the hug and with his arm still around me turned to Yoongi. "It was all hyung's idea. He planned everything, I just helped decorate."

"And I pulled you from the house." Tae said before giving me a swift kiss on the cheek. "Happy Birthday Noona."

I said my thank you' s to everyone until I reached Yoongi, his smile contagious and me unable to look away from it. I gave him a light slap on his chest, making his eyes go wide. "'Shit at surprises' my ass!" I said before he chuckled and wrapped his arms around me.

"Happy birthday baby." He said, his voice warm.

I hugged him for a moment longer, loving being in his arms this way.

"Alright everyone! Food time!" Jimin shouted, pulling everyone's attention away from Yoongi and I.

"Where you surprised?" He asked me, the corners of his lips not lowering one bit.

"Did I look surprised?" I giggled. "I was not expecting that what so ever. My birthday is next week."

"Well then even more of a surprise." He said.

Then a thought came to me. "Wait...the one day at the coffee place...when you were acting so weird...this is what you were trying to hide...wasn't it."

"You'll never know." He whispered before kissing my neck sweetly.

I laughed and turned toward the crowd of people, noticing that Jimin made a Taco/Nacho bar for food.

Brilliant.

"I guess I should go socialize. Since everyone came here to surprise me."

"Go on, I'll be behind you."

I nodded and gave him another swift kiss on the cheek before turning around. I didn't make it one step before a sharp slap made me jump, yelp, and quickly turn around to see a laughing Yoongi.

"I said I'd be behind you!"

Rubbing the sting mark on my butt I stuck my tongue out at him. "You're an ass."

"Watch it baby, I know what you can do with that tongue of yours."

Rolling my eyes, I turned, only for him to take my hand and smile at me more, kissing me quick. We made our way over to the food and honestly it was a great party. I got to see a lot of people I haven't seen in a long time, including my cousin Taemin.

"Who's that." He asked me pointing toward the living room. I turned to see Jimin leaning up against the wall, running his fingers through his hair as if he were some kind of model.

"That, would be Jimin." I grinned looking at my cousin. "Why do you ask?"

"I'm gunna go talk to him."
